He's SO but most of his stuff is based in the Outer Rim and Wild Space so a lot of the typical spice manufacturers and routes have been subjected to some bother from them in the past, so they can kind of pop in wherever outside of civilized space almost!

Interesting. Much of Irulan's spice trade originates from her homeworld in the Mid-Rim, but there would definelty be routes out to the Outer Rim and Wild Space.
