In parallel to the Exhibition of Light, The High Republic is soliciting design proposals for a new gunship/light transport.
Any friendly or neutrally aligned company can put forth a proposal, the prototype to be shown at the upcoming Exhibition of Light where a winner will be selected.
Consideration should be given to ease of maintenance for planetary defense and policing forces alongside low running and unit cost. Ideally with a cargo hold reconfigurable to carry at least a squad of troops or small ground vehicles. Further multirole functions or utility would be ideal, but aren't a requirement.
Submissions must be affiliated with The High Republic, Closed Market, and Mass-Produced or Minor. In the Less-than 50m category.
The winning design will receive a production contract in addition to having the ship produced under license within the Republic.
Sign up in this thread if you wish to participate, and DM me your design once it's in the factory. Posting in the Expo once it launches is encouraged but not mandatory!
