Special Features:
- Water-Proof - The Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse enables this saber to activate underwater and remain active, thus keeping it free from one of its most commonly accessible weaknesses.
- Curved Hilt - The hilt of the blade was designed with Makashi in mind, a style of saber combat that Rose had picked up from, presumably, her mother - who also practiced the saber form.
- Two Heads - The Dark'Chyld and Amberite-bonded Pontite Crystals both are semi-sentient crystals that are capable of communicating with its wielder on a telepathic level. They feel no pain from being used as focusing crystals, and serve to provide advice for the young woman for years to come - though they are highly unlikely to retain any complex information. They may also form a nuisance.
- Alchemized Durasteel - The hilt of the lightsaber is resistant to stray blaster fire and lightsaber strikes, and while the blade of the lightsaber remains deactivated it is able to attract force lightning like a lightning rod and potentially store it for later release. The lightsaber blade itself is magnetically sealed and has a greater attraction on lightning, which negates this possibility.
Not unlike the lightsaber designed by Silara for the elder twin, Lily, the twin sabers made for Rose consist of an alchemized durasteel hilt. However, unlike that of Lily's saber, these were not fully steeped in the power of the dark side - meaning they are not nexuses of the force. All other base properties present within sith alchemy remain within the saber hilt. As with all other lightsabers created by Silara, the sabers are created with a bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse to enable use underwater and have an adjustable length and power output to allow for thinner, more focused, blades of energy, or a simply smaller or longer blade lengths with the use of an internal dial that is altered through the force via the wielder. Unlike the other lightsabers that Silara has made, however, is the presence of two sentient crystals, the Dark'chyld and Amberite crystals. These do not give any real benefit in combat, as they do not alter the blade's properties, but allow for Rose to communicate (or be constantly annoyed, whichever comes first) via telepathy with the two crystals, one present in each blade. In both lightsabers a durindfire crystal remains present, giving the blades a white glow.
Both sabers are designed with Makashi combat in mind, something Silara, having learned and trained with since her days as an apprentice, and retain curved hilts to allow an ease of flow in strikes during combat to assist with the very choreographed movements present in the dueling form.
