Hello and welcome to Chaos. I'm one of the admins of the TSO just giving you some information on the thread here.
To participate in a junction, you have to typically be a part of either faction. In this case The High Republic (THR) or The Sith Order (TSO), or as a third party with the ownership of a Bounty License on a job that has been issued within the bounty board.
To join you just have to join either faction's faction page, for the bounty hunter license you must fulfill criteria that's listed in the https://www.starwarsrp.net/threads/bounty-hunter-license-application.196104/ information page.
You can join as an ally, but you must speak with either
Lorn Reingard
the MFO for the High Republic &
Darth Strosius
