Dozens of Imperial star destroyers as well as numerous other vessels swarmed the shipyard complex over Krant, the various starships patrolling the area in small fleets. All of this was centered around one massive, dagger-shaped vessel under construction. Individuals who had studied old Imperial records or had extensive understanding of the Galactic Empire's Navy would recognize the gargantuan starship, five kilometers in length, as a smaller version of the Executor-class Star Dreadnought, which was even more massive in comparison to the minuscule super star destroyer.

The Imperial Remnant, the descendant of said Galactic Empire, had found the technical read-outs of the old Imperial dreadnought but lacked the resources to construct the nineteen kilometer warship; instead opting to design their own version of it. After weeks teetering on months of designing, construction had begun of the largest ship in the Imperial Navy, the largest warship in the galaxy;

The Admonitor-class Super Star Destroyer.

And it was almost finished.

Victor, along with his squad of nine men were patrolling the starship. All though there was a lot of chatter about what this starship would be used for, it was pure speculation, the soldiers were out of the loop and had no idea about what is going on. "Hey, sir, shouldn't we know what it's used for at least?" Victor replied to the stormtrooper saying "I don't question it, and neither should you." in Victor's opinion, it was probably better they didn't know the destructive capabilities of such a ship, but rather value what it can do for the Imperial Remnant.

All though in this scenario, Victor was one of the leading soldiers in daily drills around the ship, to ensure the construction of the ship isn't ceased and no errors would go in the way. He had more soldiers stationed under his command and he already had them posted over all areas of the ship, at the docking bay, at engineering, around the reactor, every possible location that could be exploited to mess up the ship, he made sure it was protected.

Five troopers headed Victor's way, they were handled the task of patrolling the hallways and elevators. "Victor, we patrolled the hallways and elevators numerous times. There are no intruders and I doubt there will be." Victor replied, "It doesn't matter, keep patrolling and ensure no one passes unless they're clearly Imperial. We can't risk any intruders, not on my watch." and with that, the five troopers went back to their duty.

... This is going to be a long day.

It was time to meet Director Travis Caalgen, the second most powerful man in the Imperial Remnant, although Imperial books will not tell you that, he still had to answer to several above him, but power did not always arise through the command structure, Bartic knew this and it was why he went so far out of his way to acquire one of the most famous starship manufacturers Corellian Engineering Corporation. Now Bartic was getting a taste of true power, he had revised word of the ship conception before anyone in the Dominion had found out through corporate means, bidding on enough parts and construction jobs had opened up to build a small fleet, but the parts were all wrong, too much metal, not enough engines, the data sang it secrets too him, and shortly after so did his agents, the Remnants were building something massive, a ship.

Bartic had gone through the trouble of setting this meeting up, it had the potential to set up a long term deal along with the short term benefits of getting CEC into a large project such as this.

"Director Caalgen, it's nice to meet you, it's a real honour, the Corellian Engineering Corporation has plenty it can do for you, and your warship."

Jaegis Volasses

IR Captain of the 705th Company
The Echani Captain Jaegis Volasses walked along the confines of the gargantuan starship with a patrol of 12 of the 705th finest marching behind him. His bright skin and dark holed eyes stood out amongst the other captains of Chiss and human origin, as did his long, silver hair, and generally well built frame. They were given the same task as many Stormtrooper battalions and companies aboard the ship; defend the inside from any and all possible enemy infiltration, and eliminate it at any cost. Once the Admonitor-Class starship was completed, there wouldn't be a more formidable force in the galaxy.

The Echani spied another officer down the corridor, a Sergeant, blue skinned and red eyed; a Chiss. Th Captain recognized him from the minor briefing they had received before being sent aboard. He had yet to introduce himself.

"Sergeant, at ease," the Captain said as he approached, his arms behind his back as his grim face looked upon him and his small patrol. "Captain Volasses of the 705th Stormtrooper Company. I understand that you've been tasked with the prevention of intruders too. You don't need me to tell you how crucial it is, the briefing already has." He rubbed his chin softly as he spoke, before looking down the corridor again and taking inna soft breath. "Be ready for anything, Sergeant. Arm yourself and do not put your life of your men on the line unless completely necessary. A good officer puts his men before himself. A better officer doesn't die when he does so."

Victor was patrolling with his squad across the hallway, until a squad of twelve came walking down upon Victor's squad, he instantly recognized the Echani captain. He heard positive achievements about the 705th Imperial Stormtrooper Company. As the captain approached Victor's squad, Victor and his entire squad saluted to the Captain, then stopped once the captain told Victor to be at ease.

Victor was reminded about the briefing, and then told about how he should manage his soldiers, how he should treat them. "Of course, Captain. I do value the lives of my soldiers, but we are willing to put our lives forward in order for this ship to be built, and for the Imperial Remnant to succeed." He said this with pride, he has a sense of belonging with the Imperial Remnant and if a choice were to appear where it was either the lives of his men, or to ensure the Imperial Remnant remained dominant in the end, the choice was clear.

"Yes, I was given extra men to position around the ship. I've fortified the most likely areas that any intruders might go to if they attempted to cease the construction of this mighty ship." All though Victor had different ideas on managing his soldiers, he valued the Captain's serious tone and commitment for the Imperial Remnant, and to the security of the ship.

IR Captain of the 705th Company
Jaegis nodded and smiled softly as he spoke. He respected this sergeant already, a soldier willing to do anything necessary for the Imperial Remnant to succeed. This is the model that any Imperial Officer should follow, and Captain Jaegis admired it. "I look forward to seeing what you can do for the Remnant, Sergeant. Your exploits shall be known across the ranks, for sure.

"I've sent a number of my own men to further strengthen what defenses we have. Some have already reported back and let me know that they have rendezvoused with your own men. Our soldiers shall fight side by side, Sergeant. I take a personal interest in your mission. And if it goes well, I will have to speak to a few of my commanders; the 705th could use men like you amongst the Ranks."

A Stormtrooper standing behind the Captain stepped forward and said something muffled to the Echani, who nodded and turned to face the Chiss. "We must continue our patrol, we have to report to Director [member="Travis Caalgen"] to let him know how well defended this glorious vessel has been set." He placed his hand out to the Sergeant as if to shake it, as a way of showing mutual respect to him. "Good Hunting, Sergeant."

Victor smiled as the captain complimented Victor, it appears that they do have similar values and interests for the Imperial Remnant, Victor started to respect the captain as he can see why he deserves such a rank, unlike the other soldiers he encountered earlier Victor can see that the Captain doesn't question the how or the why, he just does it if it's for the Imperial Remnant.

"Indeed Captain, all though I don't believe any fighting would be necessary as I have confidence in the security of the fleet, but I won't let my guard down regardless." Unlikely scenarios have always happened before in situations like these, so Victor wasn't planning to take a break anytime soon on keeping guard, and he didn't plan on any breaks for his soldiers either.

The Captain placed out his hand and Victor also placed out his hand, he shaked the Captain's hand and smiled. "I'm glad were on the same page Captain, I'm sure with the 705th, combined with my men, no intruder will break in. I believe I've held you long enough, give my regards to the Director, and good luck." then Victor signaled his men into a double column. Walking the other way with his squad and went on back his patrolling course to check the status of his men posted across the ship.

Director Caalgen's white duster trailed softly behind him on both the polished durasteel floors of the bridge as he paced in front of the viewports, staring out across several thousand meters worth of ship that was still under constructing, all of it converging on the bow to form the dreaded dagger ship that had become common place with almost all of the Imperial starship designs, one of the most famous examples was the Remnant's own Imperial IV-class Star Destroyer. The wizened face of the director centered its gaze on the man who was currently a guest aboard the super star destroyer.

According to security reports as well as a very thorough analysis by Imperial Intelligence penned him as the owner of Corellian Engineering Corporation, a company up until then had been a stalwart tool of the Galactic Alliance and its predecessor, the Omega Protectorate. '[member="Bartic Myth'rand"]' was his name, or so they thought; numerous reports revealed him to be an active member of the Dominion and he was suspected of being one of their intelligence officers. Travis moved from his routine pace to greet the man, after all he was supplying some of the materials used for construction of the mammoth destroyer, the duster whipping at his sudden pivot.

"The honor is mine. So far you have done well to prove your statement, Mister Myth'rand. Without your corporation, I suspect we would be several weeks behind schedule, given the amount of quadanium and durasteel that is going into constructing this warship."

Much akin to every other aspect of nature, beauty was perfected by the injection of Imperial culture directly into its veins. The landscapes of Aldeeran were desirable. The blossoms of Atrisia were dignified. But the cutting edges and silver sheen of the Admonitor's Imperial architecture were beautiful. Irridius admired every sharp corner and blinking light, a ghostly white smile cutting through his smooth features as he strolled down the hall with his escort.

Soon, the rhythm of the Grand Admiral's boots grew louder, accompanied by a marching chorus of Deathtrooper combat gear. Emerging from around the corner, flanked on either side by an entourage of jet black armour, Irridius began a slow clapping while his eyes continued to wander the bridge.

"Extraordinary, simply extraordinary Director," Irridius mused, emphasising heavily the first syllable of Caalgen's title, "this vessel will proudly serve in the combined fleet of our Empire." pausing, the admiral's narrowed eyes fell to Bartic in disdain before focusing on Caalgen

"Assuming Corellian Engineering was, in fact, the proper contractor for this operation." The sharpness at the tip of the Grand Admiral's tongue said it all, Corellians were not to be trusted no matter their reputation as ship constructors. They were rebellious, crude and a poor excuse for Core Worlders.

Looking down to the Director's duster, Irridius scoffed, wringing his gloved fingers. The Admiral was a man of obsessive cleanliness; the auspiciousness of this was evident in his glowing skin, the untouched white of his uniform and the mirror shine in his boots.

"Remove that duster immediately, Director Caalgen. I refuse to have the fleet's crowning achievement sullied by the filth you drag about because you are too negligent to have your uniforms properly fitted."

Marching forward, guards at his back, Irridus stared out over the kilometres of turbo cannons bristling across the hull of the SSD with a tangible pride. "The magnitude of the firepower available here is most delighting, Bartic, let us hope any engineers you placed on this operation can be trusted to mount them properly to the hull."

Caalgen sneered ever so graciously as the Grand Admiral appeared on the bridge of the star dreadnought, the vessel wasn't even completed and the man was already sticking his privileged nose into the construction. "Perhaps if your navy crewmen were properly trained enough not to leave filth to be dragged around, we would not be having this issue right now." He venomously implicated, his lips curling into a grin. The Imperial military director made no move to remove his unique duster, instead he turned back to face the viewports, his own squad of deathtroopers already taking up guard positions along the bridge.

"You stand here amid my achievement, not yours! Until this star dreadnought is fully operational and able to leave its dock, it is under the command of the Advanced Weapons Research Division, and you will treat me with respect until that moment. Lest you wish to face the wrath of the Grand Moff." Travis announced, not a trickle of fear appearing on his features while he stared [member="Lucien E. Irridius"] down. Director Caalgen made a gesture with his hand a datapad was brought to him by an ensign.

A twitch of the right hand, the vague sign of restraint Irridius was forcing upon himself as to not bring a flat set of knuckles across Director [member="Travis Caalgen"] 's jaw. Instead, serpentine eyes locked gaze with the Director and, rolling his neck with a crack, the Grand Admiral lazily drifted his gaze back out of the viewport. "Idle threats of government reprisal may work on your sycophants, but they will not work on me, Director." Irridius hissed the title disdainfully as to remind the man of his place, one that Irridius decidedly saw as lower than his own. It was, militarily, of course, but Caalgen still had just enough sway and promise in The Empire to avoid the Grand Admiral's full ire.

"This vessel may be under your care, Director Caalgen, but under your command, it is not. Lest I remind you that in the event this ship was put under your command, you'd hardly know what to do with yourself." turning his body toward Travis once again, Irridius narrowed his eyes, "As sketches on your holopad, perhaps this Imperial achievement was yours. Now, it is no longer some fantasy shared between you and your Corellian friends. It is a vessel of the Imperial Navy and its final fate lies with me."

Taking a single step forward, nostrils flaring in disgust as his eyes fell briefly on the duster on the Director's shoulders, "Your only occupation now, Director Caalgen" Irridius spoke firmly, eyes returning to gaze into the very soul of Travis, "is to refrain from the dereliction of your duties long enough to see this Dreadnaught completed without so much as a misfire during weapons testing."

Another step forward, sharp nose inches from Caalgen's, "The entirety of The Empire will be watching when this vessel is unveiled, Director. If it does meet all expectations, you will find the Grand Moff and I will have become a far less patient audience."

Certain things always presented difficulty.

The construction of starships was one that most didn't really think about. Though many in the galaxy knew various governments constructed vast Armada's, few actually thought about how those armadas were constructed and even fewer thought about the process one had to go through to just build one single ship. It was a process that Vanir Technologies was intimately familiar with however, being the heir of Titan Industries and owning the largest Private Shipyard in the galaxy.

It was this reason that The Empire had contracted them, or so Rigor assumed.

The droid had been running Vanir Technologies for over a year now, having taken over from Alric Kuhn after the man had decided he needed a more private life. No one knew this information of course, with Rigor's Disguise droids allowing him to perfectly imitate the old Tetan. So far no one had questioned, no one had shown concerns, and the droid doubted anyone ever would.

No one cared as long as they got what they wanted.

It was something that the Droid had learned early on. Organics didn't look further than they had to, not when they saw no nefarious intent and not when they got what they wanted. Vanir Technologies was flourishing under Rigor's control, and this contract with the Empire would only serve to further that goal.

The Director's veins were practically bulging out of his head as the Grand Admiral spoke. This swine had the audacity to say such things to the hand that was literally feeding him, supplying dozens of powerful starship designs to the Imperial Navy. To add insult to injury, Irridius's oily face was mere inches away from him.

Travis, knowing he had nothing to lose, acted quickly; he opened his mouth as if he were about to speak but suddenly sprayed the mysophobic admiral with spit. "Get this insect off of my bridge" He snapped, further spitting on the man in front of him.

Caalgen's eyes would suddenly look to the side of the admiral's face and fear actually overtook him.

Stepping out of the shadows, causing the death troopers to move to the side in a small parade formation, was Grand Moff Tanomas Graf. "Gentlemen...how unprofessional, how unprofessional indeed. If either of you had any amount of political experience, you would know to have your powerplays in private, like a smart person. Perhaps I should take this glorious vessel for myself, since you can't seem to share your toys." He said, walking up to the both of them.

The lightning struck. It was within a blink of an eye. Before Irridius had the opportunity to recognize Caalgen's fear or hear the Grand Moff's words. A gloved spun the Director, striking him so hard the impact echoed down the halls of the nearly complete Super Star Destroyer. Calculation had left Irridius' eyes, pure rage had taken over and turned his emerald eyes into pits of burning sulfur.

"Keep your filthy saliva in your unwashed, incompetent mouth, you degenerate swine!" Irridius bent his knee, ready to reel back and kick the director when Tanomas' words broke the air.

Turning sharply, Irridius displayed not surprise but instead turned back to his usual, pompous self as if flipping a switch. There was no remorse, no guilt in the attack he had just carried out. He was, in his opinion, simply keeping the dogs in their place and his violent tendencies were justified thusly.

"Grand Moff, I apologize for the outburst." his words dripped with poison towards the Director, his eyes glancing at the man in his peripherals as he cracked the knuckles of the hand that struck him. Reaching carefully into his pocket, Irridius pulled a small cannister of which he turned the top. Closing his eyes gently, he sprayed his face and top of his uniform and his gloves; rubbing in the anti-bacterial concoction and wiping away the saliva as he spoke.

"With all due respect, sir. You have much work on Kamino, keeping the bureaucracy in its place." He extenuated the last few words, directing his site to Caalgen once again and placing the canister back in his pocket before continuing, "A vessel with the magnitude of firepower available here is suited for war, for The First Fleet. It would serve but a fraction of its purpose over the skies of Kamino or the pocket of our...esteemed Director."

Six had been instructed to meet with the Galactic Empire representative at the designated coordinates. While the bulk of the business already was going hand in hand, the finer details still required to be fine tuned. At the very least to ensure the delivery of all materials were on time and exactly as ordered.

Arceneau Trade and Browncoat Arms prided itself on being able to deliver the high amount of ore, metals, and materials requested for a particular project. While the details of the matter were well beyond the HRD's security credentials, at the very least she was here to ensure that all the deliveries were going as planned and without interruption.

Unknown to her, Vanir Technologies was also providing support to the Galactic Empire's project. Perhaps both agents would be able to meet and conduct small talk while they reviewed and met with [member="Travis Caalgen"].

Six, or Danger Arceneau's HRD functioned as a seamless extension of the Queen of Trade herself. This is whom the Galactic Empire representative would meet, dubbing herself Danger Arceneau upon the exit of her yacht.

Caalgen clasped his hands in front of him and gazed over the representatives that had assembled on the now-completed bridge of the vessel. "Indeed it is, Warlord Morcus." Travis agreed, surrendering a glance over to where the Grand Inquisitor was standing, near the window of the bridge. "I am Military Director Travis Caalgen of the Imperial Weapons Division, and I must state how thankful I am for your help." The Director acknowledged, nodding his head towards the ensemble.

"I have convinced both the head of government, Grand Moff Tanomas Graf, and the head of state, Emperor Kardal, to hire your companies as contractors for this project. No matter your ideologies or your past clients, you will be paid in full at the conclusion of construction for your work." He informed. "Arceneau Trading Corporation has been supplying the brobdingnagian amount of metals used to form the frame of this destroyer, while Vanir Technologies and Corellian Engineering Corporation have generously provided several specialized weapons as well as the general defensive shield network."

"If you have any concerns before the installation of your products, or in Arceneau's case, the use of their metal, please alert me beforehand."

The Flea-bag, a Jast 1 Freighter entered the enemy zone of control. Except they didn’t know that she was the enemy, unless they ran some super deep scans. She had spoofed her IFF to read as a Lambda Class shuttle and she even had the vision to back it. She had a few operatives on board who were running the show, but most notably she was absent from the bridge.

She was in the cargo bay, deep in meditation. As they slid into system and began to transmit their codes she began to draw on the force, channelling every ounce of focus she had into her illusory practice. She was deep beneath the normal bands of what folks called light and dark. No the young warden was in the space between the force, and absolute void.

The white current.

And as such, she was projecting an illusion of a Lambda Class Shuttle about the Jast 1 Freighter. This of course left them rather leaderless, but she trusted the folks in the cockpit. They were hand picked.

In addition once she found out about this project several folks had been contacted. One was Jorrus, and Bryce. Another was [member="Adron Malvern"]. He might be interested to learn that a Dominion personnel was assisting the Imperial Remnant in building their super ship. Despite the fact that the Dominion enjoyed the protection of the Silver Jedi. [member="Arisa Yune"] had been hit up as well. A threat to the Galactic Alliance she had even hit up [member="Cathul Thuku"] [member="Zark"] & [member="Alexandra Morrow"].

Yeah alliances were tricky.

But her alignment was not.

That was why they were inbound to the destroyer, disguised as a vessel carrying diplomats and foreign dignitaries.

Now this was where the fun began!

And the name of the game was sabotage!

"That is one karking big ship", Levi stated simply as she pulled the freighter out of hyperspace. As she stared at the monstrosity, half her brain wanted to get the hell out of there, but she kept reminding herself that as far as the other guys knew, they were on the same side. Looking back to the rest of the crew, she let out a small breath, hiding her frightfulness with a sly grin. "Ladies, gents, more importantly ladies, we have arrived. What's next, fearless leader?" She cracked a joke at [member="Seraya Whisperwind"] , not expecting a response due to her concentration, but purely out of fun. Also, she did tend to talk a lot when she was nervous. As she kept her gaze back, she did a silent head count. There was the redheaded angel-girl, the fish dude and their captain, along with a few other faces she still hadn't been properly introduced to. This was going to be fun!

Location: Ranger Headquarters, Silver Campus, Voss

Whether
she was on deployment, or back on Voss taking care of (soul-sucking) administrative duties, the young Grandmaster's work day began about the same, holding a daily intel briefing that summarized developments from one day to the next.

As with most days, the reports presented was just more of the usual. Sith buildup in the Outer Rim for the inevitable attack in their collective obsession with the Jedi. Gang wars that raged all across Hutt Space as various groups tried to fill the power vacuum left by the Hutt Cartels. And of course, updates on the massive conflict between the First Order and Galactic Alliance, the war between the superpowers showing some uncomfortable parallels with the GR/OS war that had dominated events only a few years prior.

It looked to be another quick briefing session before General Howle chimed in with some critical information recently transmitted to the Antarian Rangers and to the Directorate just before the briefing had commenced.

"About a couple hours ago, we received files from some paramilitary group. They're claiming to be resistance cell working against the First Order and the Galactic Empire. This cell is reporting that the GE in the late stages of completing a new battlecruiser. Like something on the level of the
Itsukusk."

If true, that would spell serious trouble. The Imperial Remnant, now going by the name of the Galactic Empire, was probably one of the last groups that should have their hands on such a devastating vessel. Their appetite for mass destruction was well known to Arisa, who had been witness to their genocidal campaign within the Hapes Cluster leaving hundreds of thousands of dead, and the Consortium in disarray as Ta'a Chume'Dan had been wiped from existence. Their blood money paid out to the Consortium didn't even begin to cover their crimes. There would be justice in due time.

"How good is this intel?" Arisa asked, straightening up in her seat as she began processing this revelation. "This is a big deal, but I don't want to barrel into GE space without this information being verified."

"We're still in the process of confirmation," Howle admitted, "but the resistance cell believed the information was good enough to warrant their own operation against the GE."

"That's a good point. The last thing we need is to see some wonder weapon pop up to ruin our day. Alright, we'll toss some ELINT and HUMINT assets the GE's way, and see what they're really cooking up down there. This is not a pledge for support to that resistance cell at the moment, not until we can verify their story at least. While we get that operation started, I'd like to get a direct line with the resistance cell. I'd like to know their sources and get a better feel for what exactly they're about."

"There's one more matter. The report suggested that the Dominion may have parties working with the Galactic Alliance."

"That actually doesn't surprise me. The GE is an offshoot of the First Order, and the Dominion one of the defunct organization by the same name. I imagine they were both brought together by a mutual disdain for the Galactic Alliance. The Dominion, in particular, is probably still sore about
Atrisia. However, the GE is as fickle as they come. They came out shooting against the Dominion not too long ago. I think the Dominion may be amenable to provide assistance if they felt betrayed by the GE. But first, let's see what's going on before I ring them up."

"Yes ma'am," Howle agreed. "As for the ISR assets, we can probably have something scrambled within the next hour or two. We have some new toys from Naboo and
Kiribi to try out."

"Very good. Get an ISR package together, and keep me updated on any future communications between us and the resistance cell. Right now, I'm going to have a chat with our counterparts in Sullust. The briefing is now adjourned. Dismissed."

The security council of senior Ranger Officers and Jedi Commanders would then begin to depart the secured conference room to split up and proceed with their daily assignments. Arisa herself would return to her office to make some calls. The first would be to Colonel Calderon, a trusted special operations commander. She touched base with him to start preparing the HUMINIT element of the mission. The second call would be to the lovely Ambassador zh'Vranthi
, a high-ranking official within the Galactic Alliance, just to give the GA a heads up about her plans, and see if they would be interested in teaming up against a foe who had clearly stated intentions to do them harm. No matter their response (or lack thereof), she would proceed with things her on end and see what she uncovered.

A small part of her wished to see that the resistance group was just spinning stories. Much death and mayhem likely lay ahead if the information provided was deemed true.
