STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
+ Mighty Glacier: Though slow, Therax is STRONG his commanding officer once telling Therax that he was as "strong as a Wookie", Therax used his strength to lay down some serious haymakers on his opponent often leaving them battered and bruised, sometimes even dead.
+In My Book, Experience Outranks Everything: Life as a farmer as well as a soldier has made Therax into a man with a lot of experience. This hardiness had made him adaptable on the battlefield as well as capable of enduring harsh conditions. This also made Therax more pragmatic in fights believing that fair fights are for idiots who has their heads stuck in romanticized Holovids. In addition, Therax is a crackshot with a Blaster Pistol and Rifle as well as having knowledge on explosives and RPGs. He even has limited experience with piloting.
+Gut Feeling: While Therax did lament the fact that he is Force sensitive, it did not mean that he didn't subconsciously rely on it from time to time. Whether it was to give him an edge in fights by anticipating a blaster bolt that was whizzing to his head, or even allowing the Force to guide his actions. Therax realizes that the power in the Force remained dormant inside of him eager to be unleashed like a Rancor in a cage.
-Slow..... Like a Bantha! Yes?: As mentioned in the Mighty Glacier entry, Therax is slow due to knee injuries sustained during his time as a soldier. Quicker opponents can run rings around Therax as he tries to keep up with their movements.
-PTSD: Therax remains haunted by the death of his mother and would still have vivid flashbacks about his father disowning him. It's further compounded by the many battles that he served in the frontlines on. Though his wife continues to comfort him, the last time that Therax had a goodnight's sleep was the night before his farm burned.
-It sucks to have the Force: Therax really didn't take it well when he found out that he was Force sensitive. As such, his abilities remain underdeveloped with his only "skills" being based on instinct and even using that fills Therax with shame.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on New Col to a family of farmers, Therax Milbon lived a simple life helping out his parents on the farm. When he was a teenager, Therax began to take up Swoop Racing often taking part in illegal races without his parent's permission for fun and to raise some money for himself. He proved to the talented racer placing first in many races. When his friends asked how he was winning so much, Therax attributed to his success to his "gut feelings" that had a hand in his actions. However, Therax's rapid rise in the Swoop Races angered rivals with a minor gang associated with a Hutt wanting to take out Therax. One night, while Therax and his family were sleeping, a small hit squad attacked the farm setting it on fire. While his Dad attempted to defend the home, Therax and his mom attempted to escape only for his mother to be shot in the head by a sniper who was waiting for them in the back of the house.
Devastated, Therax cradled his mom in his arms and wept. After her funeral, Therax racked with guilt told his Dad about what he did that drew the ire of the gang. Furious, Therax's Dad beat him to a bloody pulp before publicly saying that he was disowned. Abandoned, Therax spent the next three years as a drifter. With his muscular frame, he was able to pass as an older man and began to work as a bodyguard for a Cantina using his strength to knock people who were groping the waitresses unconscious, a field hand, and a dock worker. Feeling guilt and anger for allowing his mom to die and being disowned, Therax relied on that "gut feeling" that was telling him for years it was time to leave New Col, the 18-year-old Therax decided to enlist in the CIS military. He excelled during basic training thanks to his experience as a farmer and a fighter.
Therax served as an infantryman serving on the frontlines. He was engrossed in his work fighting and adapting during battles. When he was 23 years old, Therax met his future wife
Darlynn Milbon
during a conflict on her homeworld. After a night of passion, the two of them got married with Darlynn using her dowry without her Dad's knowing to get them off planet and be officially married. Their happiness didn't last long though with the passion fading, Therax wasn't sure if he truly loved Darlynn as he thought he did. However, he remained respectful to her as she became his emotional rock. Someone who would often comfort him whenever he felt doubt and fear. Therax confided to her about how his mom died because of him, how his dad disowned and how he spent the next years like a leaf in the wind operating only by what "gut feeling" told him.

Darlynn listened; she didn't judge nor try to justify but listened to Therax lamenting what happened that night. It was through this, that Therax truly began to love Darlynn and the two became a happy couple. During the waning years of the CIS, Therax bumped into a recruiter for the Knights Obsidian while he was getting some R and R on a military base on Tatooine, the recruiter told Therax that the Force ran through his blood and offered him a spot. Disgusted at the revelation, Therax rejected the offer feeling disheartened that the gut feeling that he had was the Force controlling him like a puppet. Therax wanted to believe that he was control in his own life and saw what happened with people who had the Force. They wage bloody wars regardless if they were Jedi, Sith, or even the Knights Obsidian. He didn't want anything to do with them fearing that he may become a fanatic.
After the CIS inexplicably collapsed, Therax retired and took Darlynn with him to the planet Lothal where the two of them returned to farming. Back to their family roots, Therax began to realize how much he missed being a farmer and he began to settle down with Darlynn where they had a peaceful life. Though Therax often thought about his Force sensitivity and how the Force was continuing to shape his life, he nonetheless pressed on determined to take care of Darlynn and live a life of peace.
Though little did he know, the idyllic time on Lothal wasn't going to last long......
