Newly hired munitions Marshal Lofo Afu was charged with rebuilding the Judges armory after the the assault of the Sharukans on the western reaches. Zanju was hit especially hard and raided leaving the judges low on equipment, and even lower on judges as many were lost defending their ancestral home.

The Yarvan Huntsman Blade is the ceremonial weapon offered to the an initiate Judge on the eve of the culling, the final trial to earn their tin star and full judgedom. Should the one who is tested survive and deliver the tusks of a rogue greater Yarvan Jakobeast it will be made into three more blades by the shaman of Yarva, and the cycle of initiation continues.

From a use standpoint this weapon it is a very practical and utilitarian blade. Svolten Rhyolite treated Demonsgate Dallorian alloy, able to maintain a slicing edge under improbable stress and not chip or roll. Meant as a weapon of last resort it is designed to meet the varied and demanding challenges of the outer rim. When used for defense it is an excellent slicing and chopping blade due to the Jakobeast handle and its’ telekinesis properties that when used add force to the swing, chop and pommel strike.
