APPEARANCE:
Like most of his people Loto is a mountain of a man. With a muscular build he has a stare that can freeze water. Not an angry man by nature his is usually in a playful mood, but at all times he maintains a warriors posture. When out and about he dresses in light armor and a heavy trench coat. At his side you will always find a large caliber pistol and a Philk hatchet.
BIOGRAPHY:
A son of the original tribe that rediscovered demonsgate, Loto was once the son of a great chief. Oh one of this many "walks" he was off world when the Black Rose invaded Demonsgate. When he returned from riding the back ways of the outback he found his home decimated and his betrothed alchimized. Without a way to save her he personally free her spirit from the demon who inhabited her body and cremated her remains in the fashion of his people to remove and taint from her spirit. Those ashes were then mixed with and ink that adorns his face and tattooed into his very skin. "She walks with me forever."
An event like that changes a man, for weeks he walked the burning plans of Demonsgate, letting the spirit of the Aing-tii guide him as was custom with his people. While on such a walk a vision came into his mind, that of a young man with skin of olive and hair of fire. In his one had was a hatchet, the sign of a warrior. The other held a bowl of flowing water, sign of life and health. The spirits had offered him a path, a man to follow. It was not soon after he returned to the cities and began to see holo images of a foreign born boy who had was helping to wipe out the second plague. It was the boy from his vision.
From that point on he swore to follow this boy, to walk the righteous path he laid. No matter the cost. The Boy turned out to be Bryce Bantam, and from him he learned of the Judges out the Outer Rim and joined their ranks. Working his was up from a deputy he has assended to the rank of Marshal. Recently he has been charges to be a munitions Marshal. Lofo Afu was tasked with rebuilding the Judges armory after the assault of the Sharukans on the western reaches. Zanju was hit especially hard and raided leaving the judges low on equipment, and even lower on judges as many were lost defending their ancestral home.
