Kerkov stood at his office in the OCA's Terminus Shipyards, it was being cleared out. They were going to be constructing a new OCA Headquarters, and this old beauty was going to be given to the CO of the base. But Kerkov still had business to do.

And a few thousand blaster canons. This deal would be quite sub sequential to the future of the OCA, so Kerkov was in all readiness for it. Even if Draco sent another emissary he would be prepared.
