The Watch Begins [Norrin]

Ord Mantell. Truly one of the biggest scum-filled holes in the galaxy. Drax had visited this place a lot as a teenager, and knew it well. And that was why he knew that he was bound to find plenty of criminals here. They were practically crawling out of the walls.
He walked through the streets, a large case in one hand, and a smaller one in the other. He was sure he looked strange, but he didn't really care that much. He cared little for appearances, and dressed in what was practical. He looked around the streets, searching for any that looked suspicious. Out here, you didn't need a probable cause. Out here, you just needed a gun, and you had all the authority you needed.
He eventually came to a building, and the smell of spice was thick in the air. So, a spice den? He had found his target.
He entered the building next to it, and made his way to the top, to the roof.
Once there, he set the large case on the ground, and unlatched the sides of the case, opening it. He took out the large sniper rifle inside, and kneeled, setting the bipod on the edge of the building, adjusting the scope as he looked through it, able to see most of the spice den through the windows.
Now, he just had to wait for an opportunity.

They moved around him like thralls in search of their next meal. Though he stood still, a rather large man in a full set of combat armor, they moved around him as if he were a stone in a mighty river on some world in the galaxy. Nobody paid him any mind as he stared at the spice den across from him. Above, keeping over watch for him, was a simple FSD-6D that he'd appropriated for himself a while back. Though he generally operated alone, he did like to have someone watching above. As such, when his commlink blipped at him, he tapped it.
"What is it?"
A series of chirps came through and he turned his head to look at the top of the building he was standing next to. It seemed a sniper had set up on the building, watching the den across the way. If someone else is after my target then I'm going to have to move more swiftly on this one. He looked back to the path to the building and made his way across to it. As he approached the door, he drew a blaster and a combat vibroblade, keeping the latter in his off hand for defense against bladed weapons. Inside he went, and immediately people looked up at him and stared. A couple of droids, seemingly old combat units, lifted weapons towards him. Well, here we go.
Blaster shots rang out all around him as he took down the combat units and anyone else that drew a weapon on him. There was no stun setting with him. He held no remorse for the killing of criminals. Those who broke the law deserved what he gave him. He just had to hope he could get to his target before the sniper drew a bead.

Drax frowned as he saw that someone was breaking down the spice den's door, and was killing the dealers inside. Sithspit.
He refocused his attention on finding a target, and found a dealer with a blaster running down a stairwell. He took a deep breath, centered the scope on the dealer's chest, and squeezed the trigger.
Out of the barrel of the rifle came a high-powered laser beam, that streamed through the window and hit the dealer's chest, burning a hole through it. The man fell down the stairwell, and Drax moved on to another target. He found a dealer trying to barricade a door, and quickly put him out of his misery. A moment later, and another dealer fell dead.
The officer moved his scope over to the man that was killing these criminals at close range, his finger on the trigger, but not pulling it.
This man fought well, and seemed to hate criminals just as much as he did.
Interesting.

A series of chirps, and the falling body on the stairwell, alerted him to the fact that the unknown sniper had entered the battle. At the least it seemed he was targeting the right people and wasn't some criminal on overwatch. Which again meant that the sniper was probably after someone in particular. Likely my target. I better start moving quicker. He stepped for the stairs and made his way up, ignoring the window that the sniper had fired through. His armor would take the hit as long as it wasn't a head shot. Though he didn't particularly think the sniper had a reason to shoot him. Still, it was better to be safe than sorry.
On the second floor, he faced down a barrage of weapons fire. He pulled a detonator from his belt, armed it, and tossed it into the room. Once it exploded, he sprang forth and opened fire on any target he saw carrying a weapon. He was quick, methodical, and forceful, striding through the room and never missing a mark. With all of his experience, missing a mark was tantamount to ultimate failure. Someone came at him from behind with a vibroblade, but he sidestepped the thrust, brought his fun arm down and pinned the attackers arm against his side before stabbing his blade back and into the mans face. Once he was dead, he dropped him and moved on.
And there was his mark running into the next room. Now he switched his blaster over to stun, moved into the room, and began his pursuit of the mark, who was running. This was the spice supplier, wanted in Republic space. He was probably the one person in the place that wasn't totally hopped up on drugs. Norrin gave chase, though the man had just enough steps on him to keep from getting stunned for the moment.

Drax watched as the man found someone it looked like he was after, and gave chase. The officer smiled behind his scope. This was turning out to be even better than he thought. The other dealers apparently got the message about the danger of the place and fled. Drax ignored them and kept his attention on the chase, watching through the windows.
The man couldn't get a bead on the dealer he was chasing, and Drax saw his chance.
He took a moment to draw a bead, and pulled the trigger.

The high-powered beam streamed through the window, and past [member="Norrin Fulk"]'s head, hitting and burning a hole in the dealer's leg. The wounded man collapsed with a howl of agony, clutching his wound.
Drax stood, packing his sniper rifle in the case, and carrying it with him as he went down the stairwell, and stood outside the buiding the man had been in.
He had a few questions.

A shatter of glass behind him caused him to duck. The blaster bolt would have missed regardless, but one could never be too careful when it came to unknown entities. When he focused back on pursuit of his target, he saw that the Devaronian was down ahead. It was howling in agony at having been shot in the leg, but it wasn't out of the fight yet, as he noticed it was reaching for a holdout blaster in its boot. Norrin lifted his weapon and put two stun shots into the beings body for good measure.
There was a lot of dead weight to carry, but he eventually got the sleeping devil over his shoulder before heading down through the building and back out the main doors. A quick glance around told him that the area outside had become largely vacant as a result of the warlike nature of what had gone on inside of the building. Across the way was a man with a large case. Norrin approached.
"So you're the one that was hunting on the rooftops, I take it. What business did you have here?"
