Private The Titana

I noded at Lori's plea. It was true. She had connections and was more than willing to put her resources towards a good cause. Once liberated, Where would these freed children go? And what security would they have in the future? It was perfect timing.

"Absolutely. I thought of the idea...(I didn't)...Of asking you for help but I know you have so much to deal with already. The extraction won't be pretty. But it will we as fast as possible. According to intel..This towns fortifications are made from recycled and reusable resources..So nothing extreme...We plan to land in the forest region south. About a mile out..Work our way in from an underground tunnel..Free the captives and extract them the same way we entered. If you could have...A secondary transport to follow, that the kiddos can board..We can exit together...My plan is..To get them to a nearby planet..that we are aligned with..But..You would know better than I...What's best?"

"These kinds of extractions never are pretty. I know from plenty of experience... "

Lori chewed the inside of her cheek as she listened to Var-Sulis Var-Sulis ' plan and thought it through. She had plenty of ideas to go about it. "I can imagine that you'll all be sneaking. A secondary transport would be best, but you'll also need a distraction. While you all are busy on one side, the spice dealers will need their focus to be split elsewhere... As for where to go, they can move to Damascus or even Mnemosyne. I know of some old hyperspace lanes that have been abandoned for so long that they are forgotten in time. There's less of a chance of being followed then."

It was an idea, anyways. One that Var didn't have to take. The plan she had could be far too obvious to be effective. The enemy were unknown to her, so they were harder to predict.
