I think a single starfighter should be alright, just that big fleets and platoons of soldiers probably wouldn't be feasible

There happen to be some interests on Ukatis that this guy would like to protect. Also, conducting general crime matters relevant to the storyline. I'm sure a rebellion like this offers plenty unforeseen business opportunities?
