The Start of Something

CONCORD DAWN
851 ABY - THE CIVIL WAR

"Mandalorians!"
The gold-armored viceroy's voice boomed through the throngs of refugees in one of Concord Dawn's larger dilapidated settlements, drawing their attention to the man as he stood upon a raised platform, flanked by two silver supercommandos.

"Manda'yaim has suffered a cataclysm, but you all know this. We have all been affected by this, scattered by the damage to our ancient homeworld." He acknowledged "Now we are trapped in a bloody civil war, between our domineering Mand'alor and a false claimant who began a rebellion!"

He stepped forward further "I, Zaimur of Clan Saxon, offer you all a chance to escape from this conflict, a fresh start in Wild Space..." Zaimur paused, hesitant for a moment before continuing "...under the watchful eyes of the Empire." The man had already expected the murmurs of discontent that started in the crowd, Mandalorians weren't exactly keen on the idea of Imperials.

"Now I know what your thoughts might be, why would we ever align with them?!? But we cannot afford to be fickle when the survival of our culture rests on us! For it is better to live as warriors of those who brought down the Silver Jedi, than to die as skeletons in the dirt!"

Zaimur thrust his fist in to the air "Join me! Join the Imperial Enclave! We will not sit by idly like the Mando'ade did, we will solidify our place in this point of history!" Much to the delight of the crowd.

A red-armored rally master approached Zaimur from behind, "Sir, we think a large grouping of rebels are approaching this settlement, it might be an apt opportunity to project our power." He whispered into the viceroy's ear, causing him to grin. "Prepare the crusaders for battle, if this doesn't convince more refugees to join our cause, I do not know what will."

OOC: Really anyone is welcome in this thread, to provide opposition or to pledge your support to the Imperial Enclave.

Scourge

In Hell i'll be in good company
Scourge was adorned in gold beskar’gam similar to the man before him. He sat atop a great warmachine known to Mandalorians as a basilisk war droid. It’s terrible claws and autocannons perked up occasionally as someone within the crowd moved a little too quickly for Scourge's liking. Scourge was a ruthless individual and a masochist on top of that. He had followed death watch and Mia’s little insurrection for some time. There was no profit in it and Scourge was only looking out for himself.

He shifted in his seat as a report of incoming rebels came in. Probably some of Mia’s goons. Scourge smiled beneath his besk’ad. He loved a good fight and even though Mia’s people were rebels, they were still Mandalorians, and Mandalorians knew how to fight. The promise of a worthy foe warmed Scourge’s cold heart and he trudged forward with his basilisk.

“Prepare to fight or get out of the way!” Scourge roared to the Imperial enclave members and refugees gathered around. He had no time for civilians, but civilians were often few and far between among Mandos. So most citizens picked up a gun and prepared for the battle to come. While not all were prepared to join the Imperial Enclave, none were prepared to support Mia and her band of traitors...

Koda Fett

Concord Dawn

The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter was in fact the Galactic Empire's favourite, as a result, it came as no surprise that he was paid to assist the Imperial Enclave. Originally, Fett was against the idea of joining any side in the Civil War primarily because he couldn't care less. Such a thing is always profitable for a Bounty Hunter, and Koda Fett was definitely aware of such a thing. Though now, he stood in somewhat close proximity to the Viceroy, clutching his blaster, cradling it as if it were a child - his T-Shaped Visor glancing around the crowd and then up towards the Red Armoured Mandalorian that came to speak to the man in charge.

Ra Viszla was ready to take everything in order to achieve victory whilst Mia Monroe was fighting a losing war, it was hopeless to continue for the Death Watch was certainly going to win - in truth he didn't even believe in the Imperial Enclave - this was just another pay check he had to earn. And then when the word of Rebels came through, he was just about ready to earn it.
