Hands clasped behind his back.
Another ship burned up on the outside of the viewing window. The crew of the vessel looked relaxed and calm. This was just another day to the young men, tearing through vessels like butter daily. This was routine, something that each and everyone of the young men had been trained to do. They had been trained to wake early, work all day and sleep late. They were true soldiers.
The captain looked through the window again.
He was a young man, potentially a teen. He had the blue skin and black hair, meaning he looked like any other Chiss, except he carried himself like a trained soldier. He had been training for a while, since he was a kid. Chiss matured much faster than many other species, they became soldiers and naval officers much quicker than many other species because of that fact.
Kemm'orak'crotho kept his eyes on the ships outside.
They weren't done just yet. Two more ships still floated outside. The engines on the two ships had been disabled ages ago yet they continued to fire upon their attacker. The Chiss kept calm and composed, they knew exactly what to do. Kemm'orak'crotho knew exact what to do. He was calmly relaying orders to the crew, telling them exactly where he needed them and what he needed them to do.
Another ship burned up.
The guns on the frigate aimed at the final enemy vessel. The Chiss were prepared to carry out their orders to the death, and death seemed unlikely. The battle had seen every enemy take damage and the Chiss frigate take minimal damage. The crew on the bridge, the navigation officers especially deserved a large amount of credit for all the work they had done to avoid severe damage.
The final frigate burned up.
The lights came up, screens going black. They had passed their final exam with minimal damage. The simulated bridge was bussing with activity, congratulations being passed around. Two different bridge crews congratulated their captain, congradulated Kemm'orak'crotho. The young chiss relaxed just slightly, not surprised they had passed but glad they had passed non the less.
He turned around, breathing out softly.
