DESCRIPTION
The Staredown is a high-quality prosthetic eye that allows its owner to see clearly in low-light conditions or at range; to record what they see; to fire a short-range stun blast; and to identify various kinds of force fields on sight. The last capability is the one that sees the most use. Plenty of starships and facilities these days boast multiple kinds of exotic shields; it's helpful to know what you're looking at and up against.

The Staredown can be tailored to resemble many species' eyes and look quite natural. As a matter of principle, iBorg does not produce this eye in any shade of purple.
