Chaos in a Bottle

Agents of Chaos do not take planets over, and as such, have no need for individual world representation. However, the tentacles of Chaos reach far and wide, and this would be utterly impossible without the Speakers, a group of politicians and ambassadors who work tirelessly to spread word around.
While the Speakers operate more or less on an independent basis and are free to roam around the galaxy as they see fit, occasionally, a Person of Contact with the Discordia is needed, and sometimes orders do get sent out. For that purpose, a Head Speaker has been selected, and it is she who oversees the operations of the Speakers.
