The Sith Come(Mandalorians/Sith)

The Outer Rim trade world of Feriae Junction sat like a small jewel within the star systems of the Hydian Way. It was not a massive world, nor was it one of the most important within the galaxy. Junction was a trade world, a place where those from the core, and those from the outer rim met one another and transacted. It wasn't rich, but it was important enough too warrant claiming. As of right now the Mandalorians controlled the world. The planet was within their territory, and thus under their control. This would not last for long however.

A spec blinked within the distance of Junction, a slight glint of light within the blackness. Then another spec, and another and another. It happened over and over again until a massive wave of white jumped out of the deep reaches of Hyperspace and into the Thesme Sector. It became readily apparent that this was a Fleet, and from the markings it was clear it was a Sith fleet.

Among the fleet, within the dozens and dozens of ships stood a single Dragon-class Destroyer the flagship of Darth Moridin. The man stood upon the bridge of his flagship, watching the approaching world of Junction as his fleet poured towards it. He watched with listless eyes as the Sith moved forward. Transports, fighters, and bombers swarmed forward in a massive wave towards Feriae Junction. Among them were Sith, Soldiers, Engineer's, everything that the Empire needed to take the planet.

Soon Moridin would be among them, going to the world below to fight for control of the planet. Blue, green, and red streaks of light began to fly around space as the battle began. A slight smirk could be seen on the Dreadlord face, it was time to fight.

Glorious battle. This was the thought that passed through his head as he guided his ship pass the planetary defenses and into the atmosphere. For far too long the Mandalorians have been a thorn in the side of the Sith and with their refusal to join the fight against the Jedi, revealed them to be weak, sniveling fools. Throwing his ship into a barrel roll, he locked the opponent's fighter in his gun sights before blasting him with a steady flow of laser bolts.

The enemy fighter began to smoke before it exploded into a shower of metal parts and burning oxygen, another Mandalorian reduced into carbon atoms in so many minutes. It was hardly challenging anymore. No, Daxton needed to get to the ground so he could look his opponent in the eyes as he quenched their life energies. That would be so much better.

Pushing his vessel once more he began scanning for a place to land so that he could link up with the ground assault troops.

Verz was on the ground, firing his Verpine rifle, one of the few weapons almost impossible to block with a lightsaber, due to the small, hypersonic metallic projectiles. He was lying prone on a concealed hilltop, firing potshots at any Sith troops that came too near. His squad was nearby, and soon they, and the other Mandolorians, would drive the Sith off of this world, then out of the galaxy. He refocused himself and fired, killing a Sith Trooper.

The Mandalorians were going to get it today. Not many could stand the full might of a Sith fleet. When one entered the system, any self-respecting captain would turn their ship around, lest they deal with the might of the Empire. On the ground and in the air, battle raged. A battle that would soon be won. The mighty legions of the Sith Empire would easily drive the Mandalorians away and deliver a deadly blow to one of their enemy. This would be a day spoken of throughout the Empire.

Ged, on the other hand, remained on the bridge of one of the bigger ships, watching a large display of the battle taking place on the ground. He could see everything happening on the planet surface. He could see how their troops were going to conquer these Mandos and claim Feriae Junction for the Empire. Clad in full Sith battle dress, Ged observed the holo-display intently. Perhaps this little skirmish would make the Mandalorians think twice about refusing to help the Sith fight the Jedi.

This would be a easy victory. It was obvious that the might of a sith fleet could easily overcome anyone. Though Onyx was on high alert. He knew that the Mandalorians could win but only if they let their guard down.

He was on the ground helping set up a FOB while the rest of the ground forces arrive. Most of the forces consisted of a handful of troops led by a sith. Onyx knew the best way to win would be to go in large numbers that are spread wide but are near if they are needed. He prepared his armor and took a deep breath as the battle was about to begin.

Jorn Mair was on the ground not to far from his brother Verz he used his verpine blaster rifle to keep the storm of Sith troopers at bay. a few would come close but would be shot before they could us melee on ether of them. reloading his rifle again. fireing at the opposing forces of the sith was going to test the peoples skills to the fullest extent. Jorn threw a grenade and took another 3 troopers out. he ocasionaly saw a ship land not far off but all of them were used to transport troops. then there was one fighter that landed not to far off from where they were.

Turning to Verz he said "did you see that ship?"

Moridin stood in the middle of a small transport ship. Around him were about a dozen or so of his hounds. They paced and bounded about the transport ship eager to get into the battle. The Dreadlord eyed them as the the ship flew over Junction and down towards the planet. Battle was and interesting thing, it brought out the best in some men, and the worst in others. Moridin was well aware of this. He had seen soldiers sacrifice themselves in order to save entire platoons, and he had seen men abandon the battlefield for no reason at all.

He thought of this as the transport flew closer and closer to the battlefield. The ship began to shake violently as anti-air fire flew into the sky. Moridin didn’t budge, he simply held on to the rope and steadied himself. Finally the transport landed, a yellow light shone bright and switched itself to green then the bay door's opened. Half a dozen hounds bounded forward out of the transport and onto the battlefield. Behind them followed Moridin.

They had landed directly on the front lines, The Dreadlord caught sight of the capital of the planet. Junction City, a run down hellhole of a place. He scowled at the place, but knew that was their goal. The Sith troops behind him fired their blaster rifles at the Mandalorian defenders. Moridin peered upwards towards the city again, then he gripped the hilt of his Sith Sword.

“Come my friends. Death awaits you.” Moridin's voice boomed out across the battlefield, it spread like a black tsunami across the land, and shortly after it followed Moridin. He moved quickly, the force pushing his body to the very edge of its function.

The Dreadlord Fell upon the Mandalorian, bringing the terror that a Sith master should.

Darth Sidic got into a transport ship as he prepared to strike against major Mandalorian emplacements on the surface. Whilst the main force advanced on the surface, Sidic would be embarking on a mission to take several Mandalorian installations before joining with the main force. They would show the scum the price for angering the Empire, this would be the first of many great victories for the Sith. Today the Darths would roam on the surface and they would cut a swath of destruction in the enemy lines.

It rocked as the pilot was pursued by a fighter. The pilot was skilled though and Sidic was not worried, he believed that he could destroy the fighter with the Force if it came to it. But he had selected a strong squad to support him along with a talented crew. They would make it to the surface and he would kill all who stood in his way...

As he circled the forests and hills below he flew close to another Sith ship attempting to land. He sensed that he was a Sith (Daxton). "Another to join the assault," he muttered to himself.

The ship shook as it hit the ground. Swiftly he ordered his men to secure the area before he moved in on a small hill fort. It was the first target for himself before he moved onto more important things.

Amongst the Ground Troops were the elite Hydra units, commandos of the Sith that are expert in close-quarter combat, sniping, and other skills that would place them above the normal soldiers. Most of these elite units would be acting as commanders, directing troops across the landscape of this world, some from the hatches of Imperial Tanks that crushed unfortunate Mandalorians under their massive tracks, or firing anti-vehicle shells at the pitiful trash the Mandos called their ground forces. One of these men was Kaine Zambrano, clad in his operation armor with his face obscured by his helmet, led a regiment of combined Hydra and Imperial ground forces towards the enemy fortifications. The HSAT he was commanding opened fire on a cluster of Mandos, consuming most of them in a ball of flame and shrapnel as Imperial troopers flooded over the spot where they were just moments before, opening fire on any Mandos they came across, using precise controlled bursts to minimize faults and increase efficiency. Soon this world would belong to the Sith Empire, and the Mandalorians were just prolonging their defeat.

Blaster fire bounced off the hull of the mighty tank, forcing Kaine to take control of the Mounted Heavy Repeater Cannon as its previous occupant had been shredded by enemy fire. Kaine took hold of the gun, and began to rain a hailstorm of blaster bolts upon enemy infantry, using his recently learned skills in the force to aid his aim and accuracy, dropping enemy troops left and right as his gun tore through them. If this is all they give us to fight, then this will be hardly entertaining at all..." Kaine thought as he brought his mounted gun to bear towards another group of enemy soldiers and pulled the trigger.

Exiting his ship, Daxton could see the fighting was getting heavy near the spaceport as more troop transports began to land. Summoning a squad to give him a report, they informed him that enemy snipers were positioned around the control tower preventing troops from making headway in securing the landing zone.

"Have a squad of Z-2s assault the building. Level it to the ground if need be. I want that building either neutralized or under control in the next ten minutes. Is that understood."

As the soldiers snapped to his orders, the squad of Z-2s deployed fast attack wedge formation. The crab like droids began firing missiles at the building, forcing the defenders to hunker down under the barrage, while raining down lethal shrapnel and laser blasts on the mandalorians trapped inside.

Silas Ward

Mandolorian assassin
"Stealth activited" Silas said to his astromech droid, D7-91, as he enter the battle field in his heavily modified X-701 Phantom imperial stealth ship. This battle would cut of the Hydian way until it was won, Silas planned on leading his clan to victory. "D7, what are clan wards coordinates?" The astromech made a sharp whistling sound " thanks D7" Silas said steering his ship into the fray.

Fires had broken out as Daxton strode into the building, flanked by Sith troopers. The few Mandalorians who survived the Z-2's assault had holed up in the corridor ahead. Laser bolts lanced at him as they opened fire, but he effortlessly deflected majority of the shots harmlessly away. His shiny armor was marred and scorched on a few places to indicate that his sword defense wasn't perfect but those were hardly a concern.

Wading into the defenders, Daxton's blades cut left and right, leaving severed limbs and screaming invalids in his wake. The commandos escorting him had little trouble subduing the fallen and injured mandalorians as he beheaded the last defender and kicked his head out of the window.

Pressing his comm link to the tactical channel, he said, "Control Tower secured. The space port is ours."

Darth Sidic knew that his small squad could not stay in their current isolated position. They would move in on the bunker, put it out of action and move in onto Junction City. It would not be easy, the forces were dug in deep but if they were not dealt with now they would merely dig in deeper. From there they could disrupt further expansion on the planet. No, they would have to use surprise to their advantage and break in...

Igniting his purple lightsaber, Sidic marshalled his men to move in on the base. However, they would be forced to wait as most of the base was already deeply entrenched with heavy repeating blasters. His scouts had identified no gap in the bunker but using Force Sight he saw a way in. Sidic would jump on top of the bunker and cut in from the top. From there he could clear a side of the bunker and concentrate his forces inside the building.

Running faster than the eye can see, he leapt over the blasters and on top of the pillbox. The Darth then cut inside and cleared out the weakest end of the bunker where his forces would enter. From there it would be a brutal hand to hand fight but with his better trained troops he was confident of his victory. Whilst his men entered and destroyed the pillbox, Darth Sidic was duelling with a blooded Mandalorian.

"You shouldn't have come here. Now you die!" The warrior growled as he fired a flamethrower at Sidic. In such a tight space it was a good tactic but through a desperate Force Push Darth Sidic managed to throw the Mandalorian across the bunker. Just as he was about to finish him with his lightsaber, the Mandalorian drew a cortosis blade and shorted out the purple blade. Shocked by the sudden loss of his lightsaber, Darth Sidic used Force Choke to kill his opponent before he could do more damage.

Darth Sidic made sure that no one was left alive in the pillbox before he reported the successful assault. The battle had shaken him, he had believed that his lightsaber could cut through anything but the sudden, perfectly timed block had left him paranoid.

"Took bunker 2C. Moving in on Junction City now." Darth Sidic announced on a secure channel.

Onyx was cutting through the Mandalorians to reach one of the last bunkers they controlled outside the city.

He disabled his lightsaber upon realizing they didn't see him. He was going in silent for this one. As he reached the front door he could hear the Mandalorian commander inside yelling orders for his troops. He jumped up on the roof and waited. After a few seconds a small squad of six Mandalorians came running out. Onyx jumped through the air and landed on the leading Mandalorian, rending him unconscious. He ignited his lightsaber and lunged at the nearest one.

They started firing on him. He blocked on shot which recoiled back and killed the shooter. He dodged another bullet and threw his lightsaber into the throat of the shooter. He flipped over and kicked the fifth man in the face. Using the force he got his lightsaber back and killed the last man, who was trembling in fear.

Inside the command post, there was a large Mandalorian in heavy armor. "You die now sith!" he yelled as he started firing on him with a heavy turret. Onyx jumped back out the door and pressed his back against the wall. He knew getting close would be difficult. He suddenly remembered he stocked up on grenades before leaving the ship. He pulled out a thermal detonator and readied himself. He turned around the corner and threw the grenade. He imminently moved back into cover.

As soon as it went off he charged in to see the confused soldier. He ignited his lightsaber and began savage strikes on him. The armor he wore was taking the damage while he slowly began to die of the sheer force. Onyx saw this and quickly acted. In one swift move he placed a thermal detonator in the mans mouth. He dived back as the mans head exploded. He was breathing heavy. "This is Onyx. Outpost 42G is secure. I am going to set up the FOB here." Onyx announced on a secure channel.

Jorn heard over his com system that the sith took the outposts and would be going for the city next. "Verz we need to get back to the city and hold our defences there." Jorn picked up everything that he had and began to move backwards still fireing at the advancing troops. It seemed as you shot one Sith another two took its place. they would have to hold them off at the city if they were to win.

Outpost 42G was secure. Good. As were the space port and bunker 2C. The space port made Ged especially happy. They could get more troops in easily, now that they weren't encountering heavy resistance at Feriae Junction's hub of space travel.

"Send some transports to the space port." Ged commanded one of the bridge officers. "Give our boys on the ground someone to watch their back." Ged himself would not be joining them. It wasn't because he was a coward. He just didn't like the odds of going up against Mandalorians wielding Verpine bullets. Those things were darn lethal, not to mention tiny and almost impossible to block with a lightsaber. He was much better up here, strategising.

The FOB was almost set up. Onyx was directing several teams into the city. He knew he had to make sure everyone had heard the last report he sent out. "This is Onyx broadcasting to all Imperial Forces, the FOB is now set up at Outpost 42G. All squad commanders report in for instruction."

Moridin walked through the wilds of Junction death and destruction raging behind him with each step. He had killed hundreds..or perhaps thousands by now. On the battlefield he was like a blink, no one could see him, no one even noticed him until it was too late. He slaughtered and killed his way through Mandalorian and planetary defenders, cutting joints in their armor and leaving them to write on the ground in pain and dying. He didn't enjoy this part of war. Soldiers were far too easy to kill, slaughtering them was like stepping on ants.

Eventually his path of destruction led him to the very gates of Junction City. The walls surrounding it were lined with defenders, tanks and cannons sat before and upon them. Moridin stood upon a crested hill just out of sight of the defenders. At first he was alone, then another Sith joined him, then another. The Dreadlord watched with weary eyes as more and more Sith gathered behind him inspired by the massacre he had already wrought.

Leave no one alive. Show the Citizens of this galaxy what happens when you do not bow to the Sith.” His command was a whisper, thought it was quickly picked up and spread across the entire Sith forces. Moridin wanted a massacre on a grand scale, he wanted Fearie Junction to be an example to the Republic, to the Mandalorians. Bow to the Sith, or you will be slaughtered.

As his words spread across the army the Sith next to hm and near him charged forward with a great cry of war. Massive turbolaser shots from artillery pounded the city wall, and skilled Sith Knights bounded forward and up the walls of Junction City.
