Light in the Shadow

The Silver Order is a branch of the Silver Alliance that trains and houses the Force Users. While the Silver Order mainly accepts Jedi, they are open to all who oppose the tyranny and oppression. The Silver Order is based on Ahch-To, known to be one of the origins of the Jedi, there is a lot of history and connection for the Silver Order to call that world home and begin their own journey as a fledgling Force User group.
When joining the Silver Order, members will get a chance to select one of the five paths that they can take in while part of the Silver Order. It is not a necessary part in joining but definitely can help in members finding where they are best suited and where they can offer the most help in fighting against the Sith. There are the Vanguardians, the Shadows, the Healers, the Diplomats and the Sages.
- Silver Order Vanguardians - Warriors of the Silver Order, this path within the Silver Order is the most important when it comes to fighting the Sith and Imperial factions. They specialise in fighting, and using the Force to aid their combat abilities as well as providing Force based defensive utility to the battle. They heavily coordinate with the military forces of the Silver Alliance to work on missions and training regimes together to ensure that everyone within the Silver Alliance is working together as effectively as possible. The Vanguardians are the Force Users at the front lines giving their all to the fight. Vanguardians are the heart and muscle of the Silver Order, strong warriors who put their lives on the line, they are bold and determined members, never surrendering to their fears in the face of danger.
- Silver Order Shadows - Operating in tandem of the intelligence and spy branch of the Alliance Military, the Silver Order Shadows are considered crucial in gathering information and preparing not only the Order but the Alliance with enough credible intel on an enemy force or faction so that the Silver Alliance and the Silver Order know how to attack and what areas are considered credible weak points within the factions. The Shadows are viewed not with suspicion or considered traitors but a crucial part in the Silver Alliance’s main goal. Bringing down the Sith and Imperials takes more than merely brutal forcing it. Subterfuge and spy network tactics should always be utilised, especially when fighting a significantly larger and better established enemy. Silver Order Shadows are cunning and observant members of the Order, planning many strategies, able to notice things that others might miss and understand subtleties that most find flying over their head.
- Silver Order Diplomats - The Diplomats of the Silver Order are there to converse and assist the Silver Senate in meetings with new systems about joining the alliance as well as attending meetings with potential allies and discussing with them on how to settle matters. Democracy and holding the desire for peaceful resolutions are core values for the Silver Order Diplomats, they cannot be a senator but they can be advisors for senators and they can and should work very closely with senators and the senate in general. Attending senate meetings and observing what are the important topics for Alliance Senate. Silver Order Diplomats are patient and charismatic members, understanding when their voice is needed to be heard and when to listen.
- Silver Order Healers - The Healers are a core group within the Silver Order, with the primary aim to fight and war against the Sith and Imperial forces, the need for strong and powerful healers is needed now more than ever. Injuries will be rife after battles and a Silver Order Healer could be the determining factor between life and death for many. Healers should be seen as highly respected members, working either at the front lines providing emergency aid or working further afield operating medical bases and creating triage operations to help those in most need. Silver Order Healers do not necessarily need to know how to fight or wield weapons. They are empathetic and generous, giving so much to the Alliance and the Order with their healing powers.
- Silver Order Sages - The Sages are the Force Users most attuned to the Force itself, able to use powerful Force Powers and providing the Vanguardians with defensive and supportive abilities such as Battle Meditation, Force Barriers and Force Valor, allowing the military forces and Vanguardians to fight their absolute best. Sages, when not participating in the war efforts, travel the galaxy, finding ideal locations for enclaves, Force Nexuses that should be either noted or healed, and archiving lost relics or Force cultures so that history is not lost forever. These are the Silver Order members most powerful in the Force. Silver Order Sages are inquisitive and insightful members of the Order, always seeking knowledge and desiring to share that knowledge.
Please note that these are rough guides on how each sect of the Silver Order works, your character does not need to be a perfect representation or fitting the mould set here. If you wish to explore things differently and be on the fringes of what it means, then please do. This is merely to help give an idea of what the sects will be like in general and what stories they might have from this.
