That would be a question for later on. Now was the time for dried fruit, friends, and laughter. Svarin gestured for Kat to come sit down with her, so they could eat while watching the kids. The woosh woosh kid was once more woosh wooshing.

Katar smiled and sat down next to Rin. The children reminded her of baby wolf cubs. They were eating, but also darting about and playing with each other like they had too much sugar. It was kind of cute, really. She rarely thought that about sentient kids.

"WOOSH WOOSH!" Kids rarely failed at being amusing. Kids of this age at least. Babies could be rather troublesome... Five or six years ago Rin was owned by a woman with several children. The Echani girl had to take care of them. Wasn't very fun. But these guys seemed better. With a little chuckle Rin turned to Katar, gently writing 'so cute' in her palm before pointing at the youngsters.

Katar nodded her head in agreement. A rather small girl had found a ball of some kind. It rolled across the floor and stopped at Rin and Kat's feet. The little girl looked up at Kat. "Ball?" She said, pointing to it. Kat bent down and picked it up. She tossed it to the child. The girl smiled, and tossed it back. A small game of catch formed between the two.
