Strengths:
  • Rotating Engines: The Engine nacelles at the rear of the ship rotate slightly, allowing the ship to perform tighter maneuvers than a ship its size would normally be capable of.
Weaknesses:
  • Diplomatic Mission: The Revenant was originally a consular ship. It carries no heavy armaments or defenses, instead opting to outrun any hostile forces.
Description: The Revenant was designed around the Phoenix-class Corvette as a prototype consular vessel. On the smaller end of Corvette class ships, some pilots even consider these to be starfighter class ships, though by all official accounts, the Phoenix class is a corvette. The Revenant's prototype system is a rotating engine mount, allowing the pilot to rotate the four engine nacelles up to 15 degrees left or right, allowing the ship to perform turning maneuvers much faster than many ships of its class. Being a consular ship, the passenger section of the ship is quite fancy, holding a sleek design, hot tub, aquarium, meeting desk, bar, etc. It also features blast panels on the windows in this section, that close over the windows to seal the cabin in the event of red alert.

The following video is an in-game tour of the ship as seen in Star Citizen. The internal layout of the Revenant matches this layout exactly: (Internal tour starts around 3:49)
