Rationale: Asteria deWinter inherited the Red Lady from Lady Shery deWinter who founded it on Coruscant nearly half a century ago and during whose reign has established a number of different locations through out the galaxy. Since Asteria has taken it over, she has closed down quite a bit of them, starting the company into a new direction.

Description: In name, the Red Lady was once a widely known brothel franchise founded and owned by the Sith Lordess Shery deWinter during which time it expended to over ten thousand branches spawned through out the galaxy. Since then, Shery deWinter had left the company to her daughter, Asteria deWinter chose to take a somewhat different approach, closing down a number of locations and secluding to Coruscant for a long while as she gathered the existing work force of the company and making an overhaul of what she had been given by her mother.
Since then, the basic concept of Escort services have remained heavily part of the company along with additional, more private activities that remain more privilege and thus more rare than they once more. Coruscant has remained base of operations for the company and along side it, the establishment on Spira has remained.
All female workers of the company are referred to as red ladies and all males as red gents, no matter which aspect they perform within the company. The red lady in charge of a particular branch, the top red lady of the establishment reserves the honorary title of a Courtesan. With each established, beyond the women and men who work with clients, there is also a number of market specialists, general security, small medical staff, cleaning staff who are specifically oriented to the planet they are and thus are familiar more with said planet than any other. Each Red Lady and Gent is extensively educated in various fields as well as receive mandatory medical testings every two weeks.
The primary function of escort services is to provide clients a companion, a trophy partner danging on their arm for the evening - events, parties, etc. The price for such a services ranges depending on the status of the red lady or gent within the company. Human trafficking isn't as common as the escort services as not as common, however it does happen. The Red Lady will purchase males and females, humanoid or not, from different planets and they are from then on available to their clients but this activity is not advertised but known to certain clientele known to have tastes for this. The secret thing* is a special operation of the company known only by Lady deWinter and few selected individuals. The men and women in this area for the most part do not get involved in other operations and their education is far more diverse but they too must be primarily trained as any of the ladies or gents providing the primary service of the company before they are handpicked by Lady deWinter to further their careers.
The basic principle of creating a Red Lady establishment is where the basic operations are considered legal, an establishment can be built. The structure of always remains the same: higher the level, better the quality, higher demand, higher price. Estimated daily income is between fifty and hundred thousands credits, before taxes and other expenses.
