The Pelagon Connection [Samael]

| [member="Samael"] |

As the elected representative of Humbarine in the New Republic, Ella was once again living two lives. This was nothing new to her, seeing as she had been trained to do exactly this for many years under the guidance of Darth Pandeima. But unlike her seminal life, where she had gone between Chandrila and Sojourn as an entrepreneur, Ella was held to the duties of a Senator, and with it came certain responsibilities.

As the CEO of Ri'ess-Emeritus Industries, and a couple of other companies, Ella could afford herself the luxury of freedom, with the only responsibilities she held catered to and by herself. But now she was working for others, namely the governors that sat on the Humbarine Council, so therefore she could not put aside work in favour for things concerning that of a Sith as she had done before as Alicia Drey. To compensate for this she had begun intermixing her duties and responsibilities as a Senator to facilitate a reason for going here, or going there, where she had conducted private business which served her Sith interests.

But there was only so long until someone noticed something was wrong. For example, why was a Senator of the New Republic going out to Kessel sector, a region famous for it's spice running business and criminal interests, as she had done recently when she had to quickly deal with personal matters on Formos. Aware that she had to accommodate her new position, Ella had begun her search.

She had found an answer in the form of a minor noble from the humble planet of Pelagon, in the Tapani sector. Samael, as he was known, had received an offer from Ella to come to Humbarine at her invitation for a job offer. In the invitation she had included the privileges that the job included, such as learning under an exciting and new politician that was set to hit the New Republic with a storm, as well as momentary compensation and a work permit on Humbarine, which would allow Samael to move to it's ecumenopolis, if he so desired.

As Ella had scoured the galaxy in search of a man who could represent her interests, she had felt something about the Pelagian when his name had came up. The Force had responded to her when she had read the name and brief details that Serj Sularis, a Muun contact in the IGBC, had provided to her when she had reached out to him with the details of her next request. In this meeting, she would determine if Samael possessed the right disposition to do the job.
