• Description: The Order of the Jen'ari is the official sith body of the Jen'ari Empire and the main backbone of the Empire. The Jen'ari are the rebirthed sith order of the Ancient Sith Empire once under the rule of Darth Vitiate. It's philosophy isn't that of galactic dominance but to rebuild the sith society as a whole, in region, as a culture in a society of itself. The Jen'ari have a very strict training program that trains very deeply into the Dark Arts, such as rituals, spells, arcane magic and full potential of the darkside and the abilities it grants a user.

• Headquarters:
Dromund Vatsu

• Realm:
Fush Bvatsu
Dikera

• Domain: The Order of the Jen'ari lays it's claim on Dromund Vatsu, currently the capital of the Jen'ari Empire. The locals of the planet have come to see the Jen'ari and the Jen'ari Empire as their sole rulers and have massively thrived the life of the planet and protected them.

• Notable Assets: The Order of the Jen'ari have control of Vatsu city on Dromund Vatsu as well as the Sith Citadel in the heart of the city. The Order of the Jen'ari also control both locations of the Sith Academy, one on Dromund Vatsu and Dikera.

SOCIAL INFORMATION
• Hierarchy: The Order of the Jen'ari does not follow the simplistic ways of only one Dark Lord, as within the Jen'ari there can be multiple Dark Lords, as well Acolytes are not apprentices, they are considered students of the Sith Academy. The hierarchy goes as follows:
Acolyte
Apprentice
Knight
Lord
Darth
Dark Lord

• Membership: In order to join the Order of the Jen'ari one must have a want to seek knowledge and power within the Darkside, to use the force to exact vengeance, for personal gain, and willing to use it on those weaker than ones self. One must desire the secrets of the Ancient sith and desire knowledge into very deep dark arts. Outside of Dark Jedi and rare Witches, any with a shred of light cannot become a member of the Jen'ari.
OOC: Simply join the faction, come into our discord (or not) and join in on our threads and become active with the faction, and inform the faction staff what you wish to gain and learn and would like to do with your character.

The Order of the Jen'ari also have a Sith fleet, not particularly small not large either, around a medium size fleet in orbit in each of it's planets. Maybe when all 3 fleets come together they could be considered large.

• Climate: members are put through a Sith Academy to learn the darkside in the path if their choosing between a Sorcerer or a warrior which each has it's further branches to learn from but the extra branches have and will remain classified. Newer members that come in with knowledge of the Darkside however are exempt from attending the Sith Academy but do have to flow the code of the Sith and the code of conduct within the Jen'ari. Every member is trained that the Jen'ari Emperor and his Dark Lords and Dark Council's words are law, and most share the same ideals as the Emperor has set forth.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
(OOC NOTE: Everything in the history actually happened in Role play through various RP sites and games)

The Order of the Jen'ari was founded in 243 ABY on Mygeeto by Darth Marell, a powerful Sith sorcerer that refused to Bow to the current Sith Empire of that time out of pure pride for himself. Darth Marell's 2nd in command and sort of a student was Darth Vyrassu. Vyrassu was much older and wiser than Marell. Vyrassu believed in patience to success as where Marell wanted to rush and gain power fast. Marell quickly grew the Jen'ari into a thriving Empire, it grew the attention of the Sith Empire. Marell became reckless and begun an invasion to Byss, the capital of the Sith Empire. Upon the main attack the Jen'ari was defeated and retreated back to Mygeeto. The Sith Empire persued the Jen'ari to Mygeeto which begun the Sith Wars. A war that lasted 4 years and ended with the Jen'ari crumbled and in ruins. The Jen'ari fled to the jungle world of Eclipse and built a Sith city to begin preparations to attack the Sith Empire again. Vyrassu being furious with Marell about to make the same mistake caught him in the city plaza and attacked Marell.

Marell and Vyrassu fought relentlessly destroying everything in their wake, the battle was with lightsabers, mind battles, and force abilities which saw the Sith city brought to complete rubble. In the end Vyrassu stood tall over Marell's dead body. Afterwards the rest of the Jen'ari pledge themselves to Vyrassu making him the new leader. Vyrassu's first task was placing the Jen'ari under the Sith Empire as a sub Sith Order. Vyrassu discussed with the Sith Emperor that Marell was weak and dumb and it cost him his life. The Emperor accepted Vyrassu and his new order. Vyrassu saw the beliefs of the Sith Empire as he wanted the Jen'ari. Not exactly galactic dominance, but a Sith society or the Sith to thrive. Their eternal goal was to eventually rid the galaxy of the republic. Vyrassu didn't care either way if the republic lived or died, he didn't however want to take the Jen'ari into a war with the republic. Vyrassu learned the Sith Empire was secretly preparing to invade the republic, so Vyrassu rebuilt the Jen'ari with new views, new hierarchy, new monarchy, formed the Jen'ari Empire in secret.

The Order of the Jen'ari became vastly large among the already massive Jen'ari Empire which was now stationed on Mygeeto again. Once the Sith Empire invaded the republic Vyrassu kept the Jen'ari Empire held back and watched and waited. The Republic was loosing but the Sith Empire as well had depleted much of it's main forces. Vyrassu consulted his Dark Council and the Jen'ari Empire finally revealed themselves to the galaxy but not in the way people thought. The Jen'ari had a massive armada that begun attacking the Sith Empire with a devastating force aiding the republic. The war finally ended with Vyrassu killing the Sith Emperor on Dromund Kaas.

The Galactic War as it came to be called lasted 24 years. Vyrassu became the new Sith Emperor and the Sith Empire remnants merged into the Jen'ari Empire. Vyrassu signed a treaty with the Republic establishing a peace. For several years Vyrassu led the Jen'ari Empire as the only Sith Empire in peace with the Republic. But alas it would not last, the Jen'ari Empire fell apart and crumbled with the rest of the galaxy when the gulag plague hit the galaxy causing the 400 year darkness.

After the 400 year darkness had ended and the galaxy fell into Chaos, Vyrassu established the Order of the Jen'ari after spending time with the One Sith. Vyrassu's reason for departing the one Sith was different views on how the Sith should be. This led to the rebirth of The Order of the Jen'ari which would become again the main body of the Jen'ari Empire once again. Vyrassu formed the order on Dromund Vatsu, a planet he discovered in his youth and used to his needs. Vyrassu led campaigns to expand his empire to take control of Fush Bvatsu and Dikera. To this day Vyrassu leads the Order of the Jen'ari continuing to build it.

I dig it. Here's my one qualm.

"For over 150 years Vyrassu led the Jen'ari Empire as the only Sith Empire in peace with the Republic."

I see this as too restrictive of others' ability to establish post-canon, pre-Gulag lore. Soften the language a bit and it's fine by me.

OK, we've got a larger hiccup here.

The Tenants of the Rule of the Jen'ari was a complex list of views that is stated as so: * Unification of the Sith to fulfill combined powers of the Darkside within the order to survive and build the Sith Society * Use gained power to further fulfill the goals and ambitions of the order. * All worlds under the rule of the order and the empire are subject to the empire's will. * The Emperor is the guiding force to the Order's success and is to be followed and shown complete loyalty. * Each Sith controls their fate, use the Darkside to shape your destiny and your success. * Emotions are your greatest tool, use them to your advantage, fear is your ally, anger fuels you. If you see an enemy happy, use it, destroy their happiness and use their sorrow to defeat them. Although do not succumb to your own emotions, it could be your downfall. * To become truly powerful in the Darkside one must study all aspects of the force including the lightside so that you understand it and how to beat lightsiders as well as all other enemies.

It's been brought to my attention that this is largely a rewrite of the comparable sections in Carnifex's recent Sith Order submission:

It's your own words, but a good chunk of it is his list, typically in the same order. Please take further steps to distance your list from his, or this submission will be denied under Rule 3 of the Codex/Factory Standardized Rules.

All right, here’s a point-by-point breakdown of your list vs. the list found in The Brotherhood of the Sith. I’m sympathetic to the idea that one Sith order can’t ‘copyright’ Sith ideals, but not only do these lists match principle by principle almost exactly, they’re pretty much in the same order:

No internal fighting unless it's to practice duel/Spar
>No self-destructive infighting
>Healthy competition between Sith is allowed, barring that such competition doesn't go against the tenets and decrees of the Sith Empire or work against its interests
Lightside practices are forbidden
>The practice of the Light Side of the Force is completely banned within the Brotherhood, with any reported cases being reviewed by the Saaraishash
Members of Jen'ari are forbidden to have association with Lightsiders
>Members of the Sith Brotherhood are not allowed to cavort with members of Light Side organizations such as the Jedi, with the exceptions of combat, detainment, torture, execution, and conversion if possible
All Sith have authority over all imperial personal, minus the Acolytes who have no authority over the Grand Admiral and Grand Moff.
>No equivalent
To observe, and adhere and recognize the conduct, codes and laws of the order and the Empire.
>To observe and respect the diplomatic relations of the Sith Empire, and to never utilize Imperial assets against those allied to the Empire
>Sith are subject to the rules of engagement in the same manner as the Imperial military, and can only deviate with permission from the Ruling Council and the Sith Emperor
Always Recognize the Jen'ari Emperor as the sole leader of the Sith.
>No direct equivalent
Sith must pay a tax on all earnings and ownings to the Empire.
>Asset-owning Sith must pay a percentage of their earnings back to the Imperial Government in relation to their total amount of assets
Sith have several special privileges granted to them that the Imperial portion of the Empire does not have.
>Sith reserve several special privileges available only to members of the Brotherhood that denotes a clear distinction between them and the Imperial Citizenry of the Sith Empire

This submission is denied under Rule 3, as linked above. Feel free to request a second chance by the usual method.
