SOCIAL INFORMATION
• Hierarchy: the ruling government body of the Chiss Ascendancy is called The Aristocra, which is several ruling families within the CA. They meet and discuss new laws, issues, and the future of the CA as well as anything else that would concern their government.


• Membership: There is currently millions upon millions of members of the Chiss Ascendency, of course all are Chiss. Membership is restricted to Chiss only, and they must have no relations with TSE, and cannot ever be hostile or against the Jen'ari Empire.

• Climate: The Chiss Ascendancy (CA) is a secretive government that does not keep contact with the rest of the galaxy if they can help it. The CA is friendly to those aligned with it or aid it, and at this current time is ONLY The Jen'ari Empire who they believe to be the True Sith Empire.

• Reputation: The CA is seen in several different views, some see it as an issue, others see it as an opportunity to trade or befriend, then there is others wishing to take control of it.

• Rules: The Chiss believe in embracing a philosophy of strict noninterventionism and peaceful diplomacy. Chiss do not allow infighting nor fight their own species unless betrayed, then the traitors will be fought. Law and order is kept tight to keep the peace within their respective territory. All treaties and peaceful agreements must always be kept in tact. No one from the Chiss Ascendancy is to align, help or be an affiliate of Carnifex's Sith Empire, those found guilty of breaking this law will be tried and imprisoned.

• Doctrines:
The Chiss Ascendancy is considered isolationist, almost never involving itself in affairs that existed beyond the bounds of its own space unless to aid it's alliances. The Laws of the CA are set forth by a ruling body known as The Aristocra. The Aristocra is government body made up of the ruling families within the ascendency.

• Goals: The CA's goal is to live in peace, grow their society and live, nothing too complicated and hard. The Jen'ari Empire's Imperial Military aids in the goal of a peaceful life by policing it's territory and helping defend the Chiss.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Chiss Ascendancy has been around for hundreds of years, always controlling several key planets in the outer rim dubbing it Chiss Space. They have lived their life and led their government in secret and peace. They have built a massive military over time and for the most part kept to themselves. Many Chiss through out the years have broken off making their own Chiss Ascendancy resulting in numerous civil wars. One thing always remained though, the structure of the Chiss Ascendancy government. In recent times The Jen'ari Empire came into Chiss Space and claimed the storm covered world of Jena'tes as their capital. This caused issues within the CA leading to a few battles between the Empire and the CA. The fighting eventually came to an end when a document treaty was established known as the Chiss Treaty. This caused the formation of the Chiss Ministry within the Empire and allowed the Empire to take control of Chiss space, and together The Empire and the CA would defend Chiss Space. The Chiss learned many of their own aligned with Carnifex's Sith Empire and this caused the CA to hate TSE, as the CA saw TSE as a dictatorship that cared nothing for anything but themselves and not the people that are not with them. The CA saw that The Jen'ari Empire cared about those that were not in the Empire but were in their territory as much as they did their own members therefore having the CA align with The Jen'ari Empire and accepting them as the True and Only Sith Empire.

I took some time to read this through and am left with some concerns that will need to be resolved, before I can stamp this.

This submission seems to put a lot of effort into three things: 1) Establish that the Chiss Ascendancy hates the Sith Empire for reasons. 2) Establish total loyalty to the Jen'ari Empire for reasons. 3) Establish that this Chiss Ascendancy is the one and only official Chiss Ascendancy.

Now, if this was an original custom group that would be one thing, there would be more leeway with this sort of thing.

This isn't an original group though. This is the Chiss Ascendancy. A big canon organisation that has a lot of canonical background as well as a lot of chaos canon history. The Codex isn't meant for one writer to claim these iconic groups just for their own purposes. These organisations and canon lore belongs to the community at large.

You might see how that reality clashes with the intent of this submission.

You have three options here:

1) Revamp the submission, but keep it as an organisation sub.

This will take the most work, but has the potential of keeping some of your ideas in. If you want to go this way I will need you to modify at least a handful of aspects from the start.

This submission needs to have way more substance to it. You will need to include the Chaos canon that is readily available on the site, if you use the search function or talk to the people of the community. You will need to tone down this blanket hatred and love for the TSE and Jen'ari respectively, because it reads like a propaganda piece right now. And you will need to remove any mentions of this being the 'official' Chiss Ascendancy. Anyone in the community is allowed to submit their own version of the Ascendancy, nobody has sole claim on some official exclusive version of it.

There might be other edits requested depending on how this shapes up. Be aware of that.

2) Move your idea into the media template.

From what I have read it seems that this would serve your intent just as well. You could simply write up a propaganda piece on how the aftermath of the Jen'ari / Chiss war went, how the Chiss Ascendancy hates the TSE, loves the Jen'ari and whatever else you'd like. Because of it being a media submission, the requirements will be far less strict when it comes to accuracy and unbiased accounts.
