Flying throughout the edges of the galaxy is the wandering vessel known as Port Nowhere. An excellent example of timeless tastlessness, it is covered in gaudy neon lights that flicker as it slowly moves. Aboard the garishly glowing spectre are a cadre of happily drinking people. They wander the halls and rooms, or play cards and billiards and a million other games in the Club itself.
