The new kid

Killnan nodded at [member="Felran Natri"] and focused on the rock. He thought of the rock being connected to his hand with a chain. And... Pull! No effect. after a few more attempts he began to give up hope, before remembering his fathers words. They were, 'if you can feel a rock, you can move a rock.' At the time, Killnan thought he meant physically, but maybe his father had always suspected that he was force sensitive. He stopped imagining a chain. He sensed the rock, felt it. He didn't move his hand. The rock levetated, and started moving. Faster, faster faster, WHAM! It hit a tree.

"GOOD GOOD! Yes, very good! You are very strong in the force.....possibly you'll be- no no, to difficult for a youngling." Felran shook his head, he wanted [member="Killnan Omani"] to make his own lightsaber but the only true way to get one would be too difficult.

[member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan grinned, before his eyes shot to the side. He had sensed a predator. He would try his new abilities to defeat it. As it pounced, Killnan kicked it backwards. He was fast enough to do a little trick that he had never perfected. As he dashed around the animal, he was fast enough to create blurry afterimages behind him. He was getting exhausted, but his trick was working. The beast was confused. Killnan dropped a throwing knife to the ground as he ran. Quickly, he leaped onto a tree, held himself up using a branch with one hand, then bit the other and threw the blood to the ground. Smelling the blood, the predator hungrily approached the tree. And... BOOM! The knife had penetrated the creatures skin and stabbed it's back. Killnans accuracy with the force was not too great, he had aimed for the creatures neck. Nonetheless, he was able to take the creature down with a kick to the head followed by hitting it with a branch. Grabbing the knife, Killnan said to [member="Felran Natri"], "A trick I taught myself, causing illusions with speed, pretty tiring, though." Killnan sat at the bottom of a tree, resting a bit.

(Killnan was naturally enhancing his agility using the force.)

Felran stared at the boy "I take back my statement, but first....." Felran kneel down on one knee "I can take you to my master, he can give you a home and a seat of power. I can bring you to Tatooine where you will find your lightsaber crystal. I can do many things for you, as long as you join me, join the Dark Side" Felran extended a hand towards [member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan, panting, nodded at [member="Felran Natri"], and grabbed his hand. He was lying, somewhat. He would have to find a lightside teacher before choosing a side, but this would teach him more about the force. He would train, become stronger. After he was strong enough to hold his own in harsh enviroments, he would learn about the light side. After gaining as much knowledge and strength as possible, he would seek out his parents. But he had to start somewhere, and this was where to start.

Felran smiled a full smile, rare for a Sith. "I knew you would make the right choice, now, we must go hunting! We must find a Krayt Dragon, and you must kill it." Felran knew he could take [member="Killnan Omani"] as his apprentice, the Rule of Two wouldn't allow that. He could indirectly train him but until he killed his master it couldn't be official.

Killnan was prepared for some fun. Also some life-endangering situations, but thats part of the charm! Killnan accepted that [member="Felran Natri"] was much more powerful than him, and he would be able to learn a lot from joining him. He asked, "So, where to go for the next challenge, then?" before grabbing flask of water from his belt and taking a gulp.

"Well Tatooine of course!" Felran laughed "Where else would you hunt a Greater Krayt Dragon to gain its pearl?" The best chance of getting a red crystal was finding and killing a Greater Krayt Dragon, then again, that was the problem as well.

[member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan was told about Krayt dragons before. He knew he would have to be extremely careful to confront one. If he made a wrong move, he could get seriously injured. "So, I don't have a ship, just so you know. I arrived by escape pod." he told [member="Felran Natri"].

"It's fine, I came by Imperial transport. I can get the pilot to take us there." Felran turned around and gestured for the boy to follow him. It was time for the true training to begin.

Feldman stepped onto the door of the transport and looked at the pilot "I need you to take me to Tatooine, I someone who needs to kill a Krayt Dragon." The pilot looked behind the Zabrak and saw the boy behind him "Sorry, I was given strict orders to take you where you wanted. I don't think the higher ups would be very pleased to know I let you bring someone else." Felran glared and force lightning danced across his hands Really? Well I don't think the Jen'ari would be very happy with you disobeying his apprentice and a Sith Lord." The pilot quickly spun the chair around and punched in the coordinates "Now now Lord Natri, no need to get your master involved. Setting course to Tatooine." Felran took a seat and smiled

[member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan was especially interested in that lightning ability. He had once been caught in his fathers lightning blast, and knew, from that experience, that it was powerful. His face, arms and left leg were severely burned and his right leg went numb for the next week. He asked, "How do you use that lightning? I get the feeling that it's pretty advanced, and it looks awesome."

Felran grinned It is rather advanced. I will teach you in time, but you must first be able to fully master the basics like push and pull." He moved back into his chair and looked at the ceiling. There was much to teach him, bits and pieces would be taught by the instructors but Felran had a feeling he would be heavily involved with that boy.

[member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan grinned. So he would master pushing and pulling first. Understandible. Everything has fundimentals. He decided to spend his time practicing, and so he took a small piece of metal out of his bag. He lifted it with the force. He would continue, trying to hold as many at once as possible.

Felran laughed as he saberstaff separated, the pieces floating around him. "Why exactly were you on Dagobah? You said you came from escape pod." It was intriguing, this boy had a interesting story to tell.

[member="Killnan Omani"]

"Well, my ship with my parents was attacked and they sent me away in an escape pod. This particular attack was huge. At first I thought thay did it to protect me from the attackers," Killnan formed a model of himself with the metal and shot another peice through it so it looks like he was shot, "but now I think it was to defend me from the total devestation of their attacks. I know now that my father was a very powerful force user, and I think he unleashed. He wanted me to be away from his attacks. He has probably fried the attackers by now. I just wish..." Killnan felt anger flow through him as he realised how big of a secret his father was keeping from him. He had to tone it down. He breathed deeply, and said, "I guess I wish my father had told me about the force sooner." Looking up, Killnan realised he had crushed the pieces of metal into tiny scrunched up balls. He placed them back into his backpack. He had just damaged some slugthrower shells. He had a slugthrower pistol in his bag, just in case, though he wasn't too good with it.

Felran sighed as the pieces of his saberstaff fell to the floor "The force can be both your friend and nightmare. I would think he didn't tell you to protect you." Felran held out his hand and the saberstaff reformed. "Lord Natri, we have arrived."

[member="Killnan Omani"]

Killnan nodded at [member="Felran Natri"]. His anger had seemed to give him power, enough power to crush metal, but he couldn't think enough to find a reason why his father would hide it from him. He would follow [member="Felran Natri"] when he left. "So," he said, "from that moment of frustration I had, I assume that anger is a trade. Or in some situations, a gamble. You get a lot of power, but your thoughts are too clouded for you to analyze situations or do anything that needs a bunch of thinking."

Felran thought for a moment "I guess you could say that. Palpatine was one of the greatest darksiders the world has ever known but it came with a price. The darkside slowly devours your body, leaving your body heavliy scared." The darkside was the powerful side of the force, though it left a wake of destruction and death even if it was unintended.
