- Mandalorian Clans
- A majority of the Mandalorians present are the Hoylin Fetts who have built the Morut and lived here for a few generations in secret. Beyond that, there is a constantly fluctuating number of Mandalorians from various clans present at the Morut at any given time, often survivors rescued and given a place to call a temporary home, or Mandalorians looking to resupply.

- Hidden
- Access to the Morut is difficult as it is hidden deep within the mountains and forests of Hoylin. The only way it can be found is by either sheer dumb luck to happen upon it, or being given its coordinates via heavily encrypted Mandalorian channels.

POINTS OF INTEREST- Iron Hearth
- The Iron Hearth is a large gathering hall for the Mandalorians on Hoylin. It is large enough to host at least a hundred Mandalorians, and is often a place for social gatherings or feasting. Several smaller rooms are connected to the Iron Hearth for more private discussions that may take place, but beyond that it is fairly accessible from anywhere in the Morut.
- Repair Bay
- A portion of the mountainside is carved to make way for a repair bay, allowing for the refueling, repair, and maintenance of craft that pass through.
- Market Area
- Arguably one of the busiest areas of the Morut, the market area is teeming with constant bustle and flow of Mandalorians passing through the system looking to restock or sell their pillaged goods.
- Training Areas
- A sizeable section of the area outside the mountain facility serves as an open-air sparring ground, where Mandalorians of all ages, species, and clans can engage in sparring sessions to hone their skills. It is here where skill is tested and the young are taught the ways of their people.
- Memorial Grounds
- A small grove on the perimeter of the Morut that serves as the final resting place for Mandalorian warriors whose bodies have been recovered from battle. The honored dead are buried alongside their armor stashed in a chest. For those who did not have a successor to inherit their armor, each grave is marked by their weapon stuck into the ground alongside their helmet atop it. It is treated as a sacred site.
SECURITY
| High | Apart from the large number of Mandalorians that may be present at any time ready to fight off hostile guests, the Morut's defense is bolstered with a small network of anti-aircraft weapons and a shield generator to temporarily protect those on site. While it does not have as many vehicles and craft to compare to a traditional military base, it is still in a strongly positioned and easily defensible location that make it difficult for large scale assaults to take place.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Once a small and humble settlement for the Hoylin Fetts, the Morut has developed over the years into a sizeable Mandalorian outpost
