Intent: To provide an interstellar attraction, recognize glorious Dells, use some of the money Sammo is sitting on and knows not what to do with, and trying to get dat booty.

Description: The Interstellar Monument to Delila's Glory is not much more but a large statue in the visage of Ex-Protectorate Major attached to a small engine and navigation computer. The computer is set to correct the statue's orbit via solar-powered jets to prevent it from crashing into any planets or ships while making sure the wandering monument makes a "visit" to orbit of each planets in the Abregado system, especially Rae.
The statue was released into its path by Captain Sammo, without consulting the local system government and giving them a warning only after the statue was released. Fortunately, HK-36, local Baron and Exarch stopped himself from just shooting down the statue on the first chance he got, for he too actually liked Delila, as a friend though, as a friend. On the other hand, Sammo hoped the grand gesture would sway Delila into giving him her favors or at least a date, and so the statue makes its way cycle through the Abregado system, it's visage can be seen in the orbits of planets from time to time.
A small niche cult has begun on Abregado-Rae recently dedicated to the statue, every year or so when the statue's path nears Rae again they make prayers and sacrifices to it, trying to clench its wrath and prevent the monument from crashing into any innocent ships.
History: The history of the monument at this point is very brief, its creation was ordered by Sammo to an unknown sculptor, shortly after the monument was made it was released in a calculated orbit within Abregado system, hopefully it will become part of pop culture of the system instead of crashing with some passing ship or planetoid.
