The Metal Raven Learns (ASK)

It was daylight on Tatooine, and Romeo sat crossed legged in the middle of a dune. He had called [member="Raven of Poe"] to come meet him for some training, and that was why he was out here in the middle of the desert, it was a great place to train. He focused on the force, and the connections it gave through life. He could see the connections as nets, a nexus even. Threads that connected to each other, it was beautiful, but he could pluck them at any moment, and take it for himself, but he never did that unless needed to.

Corvus adjusted his goggles as he pushed the speeder into high gear. He was searching for his Master. Romeo Sin known throughout the galaxy as a villain or a hero depending on who you asked. Though he differed in opinion on the force they agreed on the fact that it was fluid. He didn’t truly follow the ethos that there was a light and dark side. You could be either good or bad it depended on your actions and how you used the force. Approaching the coordinates he swung the speeder around and dismounted looking at his Master meditating on the dune. “Not to piss you off but sand is horrible for cyborgs.”

Romeo didn't answer at first, even though he knew he was coming form a mile away, beside the sound of the speeder, he felt him. Corvus was strong in the force, possibly stronger than himself, and that's why he was here. Training. "Gloves, they help, or get the skin to put on that arm. Either, it pays to be prepared." He still didn't open his eyes, or move. "Join me?" he offered the Jedi. "Let's be clear here, I am not what the Jedi want, nor am I what the Sith are. I am both, but neither. Do you still want this?" [member="Raven of Poe"]

Corvus adjusted his robes and sat his armor scoffed up from a few fights in town. Closing his eyes he sat letting his senses take over. He saw the force as one fluid tool. He saw it as a shade of grey. “I like you do not see a problem with a dark sider. I though believe we should see both sides. I do not seek power. I cannot be Sith because I wish for peace. I can still be a Jedi though because I hold to the old code.” It was the truth. He saw no issue with darksiders. There were Jedi that committed horrible crimes. He wanted to protect the weak. He wanted to be the sword to those that needed it. If need be he would go against anyone including the Senate and the Council if it were the right thing to do.

"I agree with you Corvus. It is indeed in your nature to be different." He sat up more straight, and pulled out something cylinder, and old black marble from his youth. He sat it down on the ground, and watched Corvus let the Force flow through him. It was a amazing sight, seeing another become one with the force. He then spoke. "Move this ball for me, I want you to concentrate on this ball, and see the force grab it, and lift it up." He took a deep breath, and slowly exhaled. The heat was there all right, it was a desert, and probably one of the hottest places in the galaxy. Not as hot as Mustafar, but still up there in the top five probably. He allowed the force to guide him to what he needed to teach Corvus. [member="Raven of Poe"]

Corvus let the energy flow though him. The force becoming an extension of his being as he used only what he needed to pick the marble up and let it float midair. Though he was not asked to he honed in on the object itself and made it spin as if it was a small planet. He had done things like this for small children. Sometimes using sand to make small galaxies before their eyes. It was not the most Jedi thing to do, but it made the poor kids of the orphanage smile.

"Good, good. Now Throw it at me. Throw it as hard as you can." He said as he watched the Jedi spin the sphere as a show off. He wanted this man to see, he didn't know nearly half of what he thought. [member="Raven of Poe"]

He used as much force as he could muster. In his mind he saw the force grab the ball and toss it at Romeo. The sphere spinning with the english he put into it. "You asked for it boss." The sphere rushed at romeo aimed at his chest attempting to hit him and knock him off the dune.

He stopped the ball just before it hit him. He grinned at the man, he swirled the ball around like a planet, and made it orbit him. "You think I would let you it me?" He laughed to himself. "Now, make me a sand wall. Yes, a wall of this sand. Ten feet tall." He said. He would have to grab each grain, and lift them ten feet high. "You will see that its harder then you think." [member="Raven of Poe"]

Corvus sighed and sat down. That was not easily done. The force connected every living thing down to the smallest bacteria. Sand was not living. It was inorganic and much more difficult to control. So he sat down and focused. He sat and let his mind see the force as it flowed like a river all the points circling him and Romeo. He trembled and felt the pressure of the task at hand. Corvus called on the force he saw the nexus form and burrow deep into the planet pulling every living things power to his disposal.
It was slow at first only one grain flowing upward then two. Before he knew it he had made a pit the sand flowing around them. More and more began to be picked up as he focused the force into his will. He saw the wall in his mind and laid the grains down making the force hold them together. Like when he stared it was slow at first then picked up speed. As the wall formed around his master he opened his eyes. When he was done he kept his focus on the wall and stood up. “Is that to your liking.”

Romeo clapped his hands, and stood up to, walked to him, and placed his hand on his shoulder. "Good, now, prepare yourself, cause were about to fight." he lept backwards and lifted his hands up ready to fight. He slowed his breathing, and balanced his feet out. "Come on, come at me."

Corvus removed his cloak. As it fell at his feet the steel arm came into sight his fingers clicked as he flexed them. The metal was durasteel. Able to withstand a blaster it lacked against anything like a light saber. His armor connected to it and the lights glowed a light blue where his joints would be. “If that is what you wish. Then let it be.” Planting his feet in a ready stance he pulled his light saber and hit the ignition switch. As the blade formed his armor lit up matching the blades color. A wind swept between them and as the dust settled he made his move.
He held the blade in his organic hand and ran at Romeo. He knew he was skilled and that he would block it. So Corvus at the last minute spun to the side tried to run his blade through Romeos arm. Not enough to cut him but just enough to cut his cloak and show him he meant business.

Romeo was already waiting for a fake out, and ignited his red blade quickly, holding it upside sound vertical to block Corvus' blade. "Nice try, but a spinning attack? I did that too. Again, control your emotions. Your blade is part of your arm." He slid his saber up Corvus', causing the blades to make sparks, and the crackling sound. Romeo then planet his feet wide apart, and attempted a send a knee into his rib cage, while send his fist into his face.

The sparks seemed to make the two of them light up. Corvus smiled seeing both attacks come at him. Leaping backward he flipped away from his master. He smiled at the challenge and would have to try a different tactic. Focusing on what he learned he smiled and raised his hand a wave of sand rising into the air and falling forming an army of sand soldiers all wearing the faceless mask of Romeo. Corvus made the sand and stone creations sale toward his master each one attempting to him and knock the saber from his hand.
