SPECIAL FEATURES
- HUD: There is a holographic head's up display fitted into the small transparisteel pieces in both eye sockets of the mask. This allows for a holographic HUD that only the wearer can see through the mask. This HUD has features such as weapon analysis, analysis of living beings, and targeting assistance.
- The mask has a securing mechanism that locks it to the wearers face, until the mechanism is deactivated through the HUD.
- Blaster Resistance: The mask has an extreme amount of resistance to blasters and plasma type weapons in general due to its combination of duraplast and phrik. These two materials combined into the object give it the ability to resist heavy-hitting things.
- Lightsaber Resistance: The phrik foundation of the mask creates a very high resistance to lightsaber attacks. However, the heat of the lightsaber does still have the ability to somewhat burn the wearer through the mask.
- Anonymous: The mask has a securing mechanism that will lock the mask to the wearer. This feature combined with the fact it protects the face, completely hides the wearer's identity.
- Eye Weakness: Within the two eye sockets, are transparisteel pieces that contain the Head's Up Display. These sockets are small, so they are hard to hit however if they are hit, it could potentially damage the wearer or the mask. This is due to the fact transparisteel does not compare to Phrik or Duraplast in its protection properties.
- Technological Damage: With the proper use of an EMP/Ion attack, the mask's HUD systems could fail as well as it's securing mechanism. This would allow for the mask to come off of the wearer, and it would allow for the mask to not have its great HUD features.
Nico Akirian is not your average criminal. He takes up extremely high risk missions against corrupt and evil parties, to fight for the innocent, weak, and misrepresented. This job comes with the need for anonymity. The need for his identity to not be disclosed, to insure his safety when he is not on the job. This mask could not be some ordinary mask though. It needed to bring something new to help Nico. So, he began creating a mask. He would import materials like duraplast and phrik, then begin forging them into the mold of this mask. When he was done, he began working on the HUD. This HUD had to be useful in tricky situations that Nico was always getting into. So, he gave it features like GPS and target assistance.
The mask's greatest purpose is to be Nico's shield. His shield from a known identity, his shield from attack, his shield from everything.
