The Lion's Talon is the weapon personally designed and crafted by Aurelian for his right hand lieutenant, Augustus Tassar , the Lord Imperatant of the Indomitus Legion and Captain-Legate of the Eternal Host. A weapon forged both as a sign of office and lethal instrument of war, the Talon is tailor made to fit into the grip and suit the physique of Tassar.

Its intricate and unique blade profile together with its versatile but potent concussion blaster, make it a perfect weapon for most situations an accomplished warrior like Augustus might encounter. Much attention was paid to make the weapon survivable against Force wielding opponents as well as attuning it to fight such adversaries. Its Force Breaching capability make it highly dangerous for any Force user for their connection might get disturbed or even cut off temporarily.
