[SIZE=9pt]The Kyber Bank is the bank of the galaxy. With the InterGalactic Banking Clan being sucked up by the CIS, and the SIth Empire taking over the remnants of that once great bank, the galaxy was in need of a new system which could be reached by all of its citizens. And so the Kyber Bank, a less prominent bank, grew to the power and prestige which it holds today. Financing the most powerful of governments, and dealing with the common citizen, the Kyber Bank has both a good and bad connotation to it, for when debts are not paid, the Kyber Bank responds in turn. These responses vary, but they all result in one of two endings. 1) Debt is repaid in full with interest, whether by original debtor or by the family of the debtor or 2) Violent acts occur against the debtor(and their families) until they either pay up or die out. [SIZE=9pt]Rako Eclipse was the Chief Operations Officer of the Kyber Bank when the CEO “had an accident”. The only reason that the entire bank had not revolted against itself is that through clever schemes and painstakingly risky uses of rumors and threats, Rako controlled the bank. He controlled it, and instilled a sense of loyalty in its members, which had been done by careful interviews and in some cases interrogations and executions. As the head of the Kyber Bank, Rako also ensured that his leaving the position, whether peacefully or through violence, would result in the[/SIZE] dissolving of the bank and the liquidation of all credit, debt, and information held by those who used the bank which would subsequently be shared through the HoloNet to every single site and news source. The power which Rako holds at his fingers is enough to make most men quake, but to tell the truth, not enough is known about the mysterious Mr. Eclipse to know if any of this is true or not. The truth is frightening to those who do not want to hear it.
