STRENGTHS

• The custom stygium cloaking field can cover an individual or a spherical area (centered on torso) with a radius of 1-2 meters.
• On weapons scanners, it shows up as fairly innocuous, like medical equipment.

WEAKNESSES

• Be careful with the spherical setting. It'll cover other people, but it could make part of the floor appear to disappear if you estimate the radius wrong or just sit down.
• Don't get shot in the implant. Broken electronics inside your body won't end well.
• Stay quiet. The Ismaren does nothing about sound.
• Don't leave footprints.
• Control is via subcutaneous electrodes or a connection to a neural implant, forearm control panel, etc. In theory the ultra-short-range encrypted wireless connection is hackable by an expert, but the signal can't get out of the cloaking field. One possible exploit would be to turn the field on remotely, whatever that buys you.
