The hunted

Somewhere in Dagobah, Tross relentlessly stalked a Jedi who was wanted by one of the Hutts.

Tross landed on Dagobah after following his target. He slowly unholstered both of his heavy blaster pistols and walked out of the cockpit. He lowered the ramp and walked out into the swampy planet. He looked around and slowly made his way through the murky water. He knew his target was here, but the real question was...where?

Hasjo had heard the ship land, finding it unusual that anyone else would be out here on the remote planet. He moved to investigate, utilising the Art of Movement to fling himself from tree to tree. He watched from above as the bounty hunter emerged, and his skin crawled at his sight. Not that there was anything wrong with his appearance, but he held two heavy blaster pistols. He was looking for trouble. He eyed the man step into the murky water and begin to trudge through it, searching for someone. No doubt it was the Nautolan he searched for. The planet was desolate of any other sentient life. Hasjo leapt from the tree, his hand quickly and instinctively retrieving the lightsaber pike from his hip. His thumb ran down the length of the weapon and ignited it. The cerulean plasma burst to life with a familiar hiss. "I come in peace" Hasjo informed him "What is it you seek on Dagobah?"

The bounty hunter quickly turned around, pointing both of his blasters at the man. "You come in peace, haha, last time I heard that I had my arm chopped off", you would notice that this bounty hunter was a cyborg and his arms were reinforced with steel. He would then see the man's lightsaber and then put his fingers on the trigger. "Oh, it must be you, mister Hallu the Hutts told me about you"

"You come in peace, haha, last time I heard that I had my arm chopped off. Oh, it must be you, mister Hallu the Hutts told me about you"
"Do not let the past guide your future" Hasjo replied, readying himself. Bounty Hunters couldn't be coerced often, and he assumed this one was no different. The Silver Jedi Knight began to twirl his blade. Faster and faster the twirl gained in speed. He was performing the move known as Su, in which Hasjo specialised in. Suddenly he was twirling the blade so fast it became hard to focus where it was. A circular haze of cerulean sat before the Nautolan as the plasma whined loudly in the air. "Leave and nothing will need to become of this" Hasjo gave him the final warning.

He laughed, "Listen, I don't even want to kill you, if I take you in alive I will get a better award", he said, keeping his blasters pointed at the man. "I suggest you put down those sabers. I mean you don't want anything bad to happen, correct?" he asked. He then increased the grip on his blasters.

This man couldn't be persuaded to retreat. Hasjo began to advance whilst simultaneously performing the move known as Su. The blade twirled in a circular motion before him faster and faster, seemingly unending. The whine of the plasma was becoming deafening as he approached the Bounty Hunter. The move was creating a form of deflector shield. His blasters would be proven useless against the field as the bolts would simply deflect off the plasma. He utilised the distance the lightsaber pike gave him to swing for the man's blasters, attempting the move known as Sun Djem, the ancient term for disarming. Hoping to cleave his weapons in two.

His weapons would be sliced in half but then Tross would step back, producing a small blaster pistol from out of his boot. "Don't...you...try..anything, ya blasted Jedi", he said. He then took aim and slowly stepped back. "Just drop your saber, I need you alive anyway, no we can just work this out like gentlemen. Just put that lightsaber down and I will put my weapon down", he said.

"I'll give you to the count of five to return to your ship and leave" Hasjo sternly spoke. His lightsaber whining loudly in the air. He took a step forward, his lips parting to form the word "One." He took another step forward "Two." He wouldn't back down from the man. He was a Jedi Knight of the Silver Order. He was Kaadu, and he was fearless. He nodded his head, beckoning him to return to his ship before he would unleash his ferocity upon him.

"I'm going to blow your farkin' head off, then I am going to take you back to the Hutts and let them feed your corpse to the sarlacc", he said angrily. He slowly stepped away from the man, keeping his weapon raised. He then spun around and ran into his ship and closed the hatch. He ran into the cockpit and entered several codes into the computer and then he flew up. But he turned, pointing the ships blasters at the Jedi. He would then began rapidly firing at Hasjo.

Hasjo suddenly leapt as the ship turned on him. Diving behind a tree, the blaster fire sending out a hail of splinters. He quickly moved from tree to tree with unnatural speed, guided by the Force. As he moved to the next tree, he threw out his lightsaber pike. The blade twirled through the air towards the ship. Hasjo felt out, guiding it with both his mind and the force. The tree of which he hid behind exploded and began to collapse. He rushed for the next tree, his lightsaber on a path for the aircraft, mean't to cleave through the engines.

"Farking...", Tross was interrupted by the sound of his own engine being sliced off. He would quickly fly to the left, still keeping his remaining engine intact but he would fly out of control towards the trees. In his last attempt to stop the Jedi, instead of using the blasters which were in front he fired a single cannon at the tree the Jedi was perched in.

The tree exploded with a thunderous roar. The splinters became a hurricane of eviscerating death. He felt himself thrown through the air, end over end. His robes burnt crisply, and some of his flesh charred. He slammed into the mud, his hand gripping tight against the lightsaber hilt that had returned to his hand. He struggled to stand, mustering all the strength he could.

His ship flips over, crashing through two trees. He slowly looked around when his ship came to a stop and a grin appeared on his face. He slowly removed his small blaster again and slowly made his way over to the back. He opened the cockpit and stumbled down the ramp. He saw the Jedi in the mud and he slowly stumbled over, weapon pointed at the Jedi and finger on the trigger. He walked up in front of him and pointed his blaster at the Jedi. "You f-finally giving up?" he asked. Tross was pushing his hand on his ribs with his left hand, due to being injured in the crash. He held the blaster firmly in his right hand.

Hasjo knelt on a single knee as the bounty hunter approached. He was calming his breathing, and his mind. His veins pumping with adrenaline after the sudden explosion. The blaster pointed right in front of him. His lightsaber pike still held in his hand, the plasma burning brightly. "You f-finally giving up?" Tross asked. The experienced Jedi Knight remained silent temporarily, weighing the possibilities. He was a veteran, and an expert swordsman. He had only just escaped slavery at the hands of the Hutts, and he wasn't going back anytime soon. He swung his blade diagonally upwards, performing the technique Cho Mai. The ancient translation mean't 'to cut off the weapons hand.' And that was exactly what he planned to do. He utilised the great length of his lightsaber pike, hoping to remove the mans hand before he could pull the trigger. The Force guided him.

"GAAAH!" he shouted. His robotic hand fell to the ground and he stumbled backwards. He tried to walk away but fell down. He slowly pulled out his wireless communicator and presses the "Activate" button. "N-N-Nob, a...a...a...a farking Jedi...he c-c-cut my h-h-h-hand off, I-I-I-I-I am in Dagobah, h-help me", he said. He then looked back at the Jedi. "PLEASE, DON'T KILL ME!" he shouted. Then Nob replied through the communicator "I can't farking get to Dagabah now, I am in Tattoine"

Hasjo stepped forward, a frown creasing his brow. He disengaged the cerulean plasma and it fizzled out of life. Clipping the lightsaber pike to his belt, he crouched beside the man with deep pity. "My way is not of death, bounty hunter" Hasjo said, "Think about your actions, and I hope you walk a more righteous path." He reached over, taking the robotic hand from the ground and tossing it at him. "May the Force be with you" he last wished his opponent. He mean't it, for Hasjo had a firm belief that all life was sacred. And all could co-exist, if only people tried. He fled into the mists of Dagobah, leaving his enemy to whatever fate befall upon him.
