Strengths:

Because of her mental and physical disabilities, she is unable to keep control of her force sensitivity, and alone it can be disastrous, or harmless, no matter the force ability is she tries to use

DESCRIPTION
Forged in the Great Dark Forge, the Heretical Staff was made by the hands of Vi Grir, in support of [member=Cerbera], who gave her permission to use the Dark Forge. Cerbera required experiments on Vir and samples of her blood and other things before she would allow her to use the Dark Forge. She had made no issue in requesting the use of the Dark Forge, claiming that she wished for the Dark Forge to help her so she no longer was a threat to those she cared about, and to help her protect them. In some cases, the Staff is weak in combat, in some, it's a powerful support asset. It was created from the information found on the Darkstaff within Darth Rivan's Holocron, with flavor added from Vi's Life, and the Dark Forge itself.
Information was also found on the Pulas, from Darth Rivens ancient Fortress, which still contains many more items Vi found interesting; even the old tables that were left behind held a twinkle in her eye. While information was limited on the creation of the Darkstaff, and it was obvious Vi did not have the knowledge to create anything similar to it, she did make her own flavor to the thing that would essentially save her life. The staff ended up having the ability to turn the dead into ordinary mutated Sithspawn. While they didn't become Terentateks, a mindless walker starving for a livings flesh is something you would not want sneaking up on you. It did this by infecting the ground around the staff where it was planted, spreading Kaluthin grass as an after effect, showing where the dark side of the force infected the ground, and any dead that still had flesh on their bones in the infected area would be brought back, temporarily. The Staff also had other abilities, one such was used when Vi was in a panic, as she could slow those around her that she targeted. The drawback was she had to feed the staff her Force Essence, or the Essence stored in the Staff from absorbed corpses. It was a strenuous process, and caused severe fatigue, to the point of passing out the longer she did it. The Staff already feeds off of Vi's Force Essence, but at a rate that is safe and manageable, especially in the case she may have a force outburst; an instance where her force powers are erratic and they burst forth, with her unable to stop them. The Staff absorbs only as necessary.
Both when in Vi's hands, and out of her hands, the Staff is exceptionally resistant to Lightsabers and Blasters. However, when out of her hands, it only has moderate resistances to such weapons. And if Vi ever became Force Dead, the Staff would become fragile. While Vi would be under the effect of a Void Stone, Ysalamiri, or anything similar, a temporary loss of connection to the force would have the effect of the Staff being pulled from her hands, but it could still connect to her life force. When their connection is cut, the only thing the Staff can do is cast its Vergence and have its moderate lightsaber and blaster resistance.
In short, this Staff was created by Vir to help her control herself, and learn to master her abilities. Its added effects were imbued so that she wasn't entirely worthless in a fight, even with her weak strength. When flipped upside down, the Lignan Crystal can also emit a lightsaber blade produced from the Dark Side, with no added benefits except what the crystal offers. It is a slightly longer blade than normal.
