This thread is set before Ludwig joins the Templar Order, during this time he is leading a band of mysterious and esoteric clerics collectively known as the The Healing Kirk.
(Bonus points if you got that reference)
ELROOD
A world just north of Adarlon and Black Rose Space

A curious group of locals gathered around a cluster of tents that had mysterious popped up at their end of the vast woods that cover most of Elrood. Simple folk, farmers and nerfherders watched the strangely armored and attired men go about their business. The people did well to be cautious. The dark Covenant of the Black Rose had crept to their very door step and even conducted explorations of their world. But, this was a different sort of dark - not menacing just unknown.

The men wore white and black tunics with the obvious signs of plates of body-forming armor beneath. They were all carrying crates and some carried devices. Most of which looked like medical supplies some had seen in the planet's major spaceports. The man who looked like the leader was tall and wore a mask with a long tube that stretched to a pouch like a breathing apparatus. The others wore similar gear and mask as well. The leader who called himself Ludwig - noticed the curious mob and decided to approach them.

His gear clanged and rattled as he came closer. By a few strides away the melodic wheeze of his apparatus could be heard. In a metallic echo he called to the group with open arms showing embrace.

"The doors of the Healing Kirk are now open." said the pale cleric. The people were astounded. Such a gentle voice for a menacing man. One of the women looked at Ludwig with confused hesitation. "Healing Kirk?" she whispered. Thinking she had not caught his attention she reeled back when Ludwig suddenly stepped forward to address her personally. "Yes my dear. The Healing Kirk, it is a sanctuary for which we travel with. To heal others and vanquish poisons of this world. And yours."

Ludwig turned and motioned for the mob to follow, while others of the Kirk organized them into lines. "Come my flock." Ludwig continued his sermon while walking away from them to his personal tent, "Feel the touch of the Healing Kirk."

There was much in the Galaxy that one could say was odd or out of place, and for every little story that arose, there were others that she merely brushed off and kept her attention elsewhere. This though, this was different, and it was one such thing that pulled her attention; a traveling group of medics was not something one merely ignored if one was to keep an eye on those happenings around them.
Even with the world they had arrived at being far from that which the Templar's called home, it was still a happening that required some form of attention. The only reason they had arrived in such few numbers was to ensure that they draw attention from the Black Rose Covenant, an off shoot of the One Sith Empire. As it stood, The Outer Rim Territories was quickly becoming crowded and soon enough the Templars themselves would be pushed into the light.
That time was coming much quicker than she had expected as she was still building the ranks. The Galactic Alliance alone served the most dangerous of obstacle for they were the most likely to invade the world that the Templar Order called home. It was even more of a reason to keep themselves off of the radar for as long as possible to ensure that the Order had time to grow. These small little raids and trips, as frequent as they were, could spell doom for the Order if they were ever noticed by others.
At least for the time being the Order had not come into conflict with any others, and thus she was a bit more at ease when it came to traveling to this world. At ease though did not mean that her guard was not up, nor was she lazy in her own attention. The woman remained silent as she stood at the wings, her eyes falling upon the came at the edge of the forest and those that had gathered in lines. For her she thought it odd that those would just as easily come together and organize themselves at the word of medicine.
Charisma had just as much to do about it though, and the woman found herself wondering about the tall individual whom appeared to be the apparent leader of this 'Healing Kirk'. That was an individual worth speaking to, and it carried in her body language clear enough.
"Ma'am, shall we take him into custody?"
"No, we've no order to do so, plus it may cause the local populace to turn against the other Healers or ourselves if they feel it a danger."
"What is your command Knight Command?"
"Patience. Let us see what they do."
