Description:
The complex was created by at the request of the Black Rose Council for the sole purpose to be used by the Covenant of the Black Rose. The complex's materials were bought and paid for using credits from Taobh Dorcha Industries and funding from the Council itself. Workers and locals were hired to assist in the building of the complex. The entire project was overseen by Darth Zarrah.
The purpose of the complex is to allow for continuous production of the Riders of the Black Rose.
Breeding Pens ---> a total of four breeding pens have been built into the complex where the Potens Ursaes are mated.
Training Grounds ---> five training grounds are scattered across the complex. The grounds are used - naturally- for training the beasts and riders.
Riders Barracks ---> three barracks are used to house the riders - both new and veteran alike. Each barrack can house up to seventy-five bodies.
Defense Outposts ---> four outposts were developed to add security to the complex. Each outpost can be manned by three to four troops. Each outpost supports one Repeating Blaster.
History:
The complex had started out small - with only one breeding ground and one training ground - and was deemed at project labeled as work in progress. The complex and those that ran it were given limited funds to deal with. It was a mixed feeling if the project would be successful.
Within the first six months of it's creation - the project was elevated to success and more funding was poured in. The complex underwent an overhaul where more breeding pens and training grounds were added. The barracks - the original ones torn down- were also redesigned to support more troops or riders they were referred to.
Even though the complex was built in a secure location on the continent of Keshtah Minor - it was advised that defense outposts be put in place. The outposts served as a safety net for both the locals in the nearby areas and for those that lived and worked within the complex.
Almost a year has passed from when the complex was firrst used. In that time several units had been dispatched across Black Rose held territory. Each day units are being prepared.
