[SIZE=9pt]The Hapes Rapid Fire Laser Cannon was first fielded during the early stages of the Hapes Consortium. The Transitory Mists were plagued with pirates that mainly used smaller fast paced vessels. A reliable fast firing laser was needed to deal with the pesky smaller ships. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]The design of this weapon is simple by laser cannons standards and does not have any special recipe. [/SIZE]
