OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Holocron Name: The Grand Inquisitor’s Holocron
  • Alignment: Dark
  • Origin: The Grand Inquisitor, (with some help from Darth Sidious)
  • Affiliation: Glar Ulchtar
  • Gatekeeper: Somewhat uniquely, this holocron’s gatekeeper has at least three distinct personalities inhabiting it. They include:
    • Klirst: An extremely abrasive and difficult personality taking the appearance of a female Gen’Dai. She often insults potential users of the holocron, and is the least willing out of all the personalities to share information.
    • Octavius: A manipulative personality taking the appearance of a male Muun. While more willing to share information than Klirst, he is a sliver tongued snake who will attempt to take control over various aspects of a potential user’s life.
    • Undavich: A scholarly personality taking the appearance of a male Melitto. Out of the three personalities, he is the least mentally unstable, and the most willing to share information with potential users. He is rather quiet though, and takes some time to open up to new users.
  • Description: Like most dark holocrons, it is shaped like a pyramid. It is covered in mechanical gears and pulleys, giving it a more mechanical aesthetic than most holocrons. It was created by the Grand Inquisitor for the purpose of educating his students on the use of force lightning. The Grand Inquisitor also included information about abilities such as advanced mind tricks, telekinesis, etc.
DEFENSES
  • Accessibility: Any force user with a dark alignment can access this holocron by concentrating on the uppermost vertex of the pyramid.
  • Security: This Holocron has the ability to shoot red bolts of electricity when touched by a force user. If the force user has a light alignment, the electricity may continuously attack them, causing them severe harm. If the force user has a dark alignment, the electricity may fire in a single bolt at a nearby enemy of the force user. However, this feature should not be used more than twice in quick succession, as the feature is only meant as a “free sample” of the capabilities of force lightning, and the Grand Inquisitor did not want his students using it as a crutch in place of real force lightning. If the feature is used more than twice, the holocron may violently recoil against the user, sending them flying into the nearest wall.
CONTENT INFORMATION
  • History of the Inquisitorius
  • Basic information about how to use force lightning
  • Advanced information about how to use mind tricks
  • Basic information about how to use the force choke
  • Data about the Grand Inquisitor
  • Data about Darth Sidious (Most of this information is classified and the holocron requires that users must be very strong in the dark side of the force before giving them access.)
  • Data about Darth Vader (Again, most of this is classified.)
  • Data about the Fortress Inquisitorius
  • A tracking feature, which lets users know when other holocrons are nearby.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Grand Inquisitor’s Holocron was created in the year 11 BBY. The Grand Inquisitor created it for his best student to educate them on more advanced force abilities than most inquisitors would be allowed to learn. In order to test who his best student was, he placed the holocron in a cave system on the planet Orax. The cave system was infested with crystalisks, and the holocron itself was surrounded by a force field to prevent it from being taken by non-force users. In the end, none of the inquisitors who went after the holocron managed to obtain it, as they were all more concerned with preventing their peers from finding it than finding it themselves. The holocron sat in the cave unattended for hundreds of years. On the planet Orax, it was frequently whispered about, and eventually, these rumors reached an individual named Glar Ulchtar, who was interested in learning about the dark side. With the help of Dantum Kryszar Dantum Kryszar , he managed to obtain the holocron from the cave system. The holocron is now in Glar’s possession, but he has not yet had the chance to learn its secrets.

This is a great submission. There is just one quick edit I would ask. Under Security you use some pretty absolute language as to what will happen based on force alignment. Please re-word it to be less so.

Example: rather than saying something WILL do something... say that it MAY do something.

The reason for this is that the writer determines the damage they receive in any given situation, so the submission needs to reflect that here.

Thanks!
