"All who desire alchemy lessons do come down to the labs." Balaya sent the message for the apprentices and knights, some masters as well. There was more then enough she knew who wanted to be alchemists, who wanted to learn how to make creatures and weapons. She would work to teach them if only to lesson the strain on her own powers and use their skills as needed. The Dark Lords vision was far more important then personal pride in needing more energy.

That was the plan at least, she was rather liking this idea if it could work, if it could be done and there were plenty of unconfirmed information. It was why she had sent the hunter's guild after the creatures, why she had paid for the work to be done and gleefully accepted the payment of the small creatures. They were now just moving around in the box as she looked them over and stood there in the center of a training pit. Several of the pureblood priests around her for power.

One hand gathering a ropo as it nuzzled her large hand almost tooo cute for words but there was a purpose to this beast it wouldn't be assuming, it wouldn't be suspected if everything worked properly. She could show some alchemy, get some other sith interested and working to fuel the Sith war machine. It would create more building up their war machines to compete with the skills of the Vong who had been hard at work getting them creatures.

The Sith Knight was on the move.

His endeavours within the One Sith hadn't come to completion yet. He had yet to make himself noticed by the upper hierachy. But he didn't believe himself ready to become a Sith Lord yet, as much as his arrogance and cockiness may have hinted otherwise. The cloaked Sith Pureblood still needed to learn many things, even if he became a Master of the Force he would still need to learn many and more things if he was to destroy all of his enemies.

Especially... @Ballen-Ist. His former Master and also a Sith Pureblood.

A man that Malphas was going to kill, or maybe his Apprentices.

Whether he killed Ballen-Ist or not, Acarus was going to need lessons from the Masters of the Order in Alchemy and Sith Magic. Better to start now than later...

He walked into the lab and glanced at Balaya, "what would you have of me?"

Melkor heard the summons and grinned, knowledge was power and he was determine to study every avenue that presented itself.

Walking down into the lab he looked around and said "Much more elaborate then my own lab, I like it"

Assadar was no fighter, and he most likely would not become one any time soon. He did, however, have other talents--his mind, his connection to the force. If he could not gain power through brute force like most Sith did, he would have to try another angle, find another niche to fill. Praelior's summons had given him a solution. Sith Alchemy, perhaps, was an area in which he could excel--he had only dabbled in it at his time in the Korriban Academy in the days of the Empire, running errands for the more powerful Sith and observing as best he could, but on the few occasions in which he had attempted to use the darker aspects of the force, he had excelled. Now was his chance to take a new direction.

He entered the lab and bowed before Praelior. They had met before, when she had sent him off to an obscure planet for survival training. He'd hated the experience at the time, but it had conveniently allowed him to escape the bloodshed at Korriban, so he figured he owed her somewhat.

"My lady." he said. "It's been a while."

Balaya looked at the ones assembled and grinned to herself taking the creature. "Good this will be useful." Setting the creature down she motioned them closer while leaning over and holding the creature between her fingers. "You have all seen a ropo correct? Well these creatures while unassuming and considered adorable by the galactic community are not helpful top the cause until now. Their ability to infiltrate, their ability to not be taken seriously is what we are focusing on. We have collected special data and with the proper tuning of the force. We will make a creature that is more dangerous then ten leviathans."

Perhaps an exaggeration but she knew from the old reports they had and records kept on tomes. The starweirds had a queen that could summon and control them. Which meant it had a way to physically manifest, the creature itself could enter ships and survive not just being in deep space but hyperspace. Which meant it knew how to shift dimensionally itself the same way it knew how to phase through objects. The telepathic abilities were what mattered to her in the end, its scream in the force. Playing the data as the recording and readout came. She was looking at it all.

"This is our goal. we are going to use the force to alter this ropo and its kind to summon much like their queen these creatures. They are able to survive gravity and oxygen environments, we can work on summoning them through the force using enough power to enhance this creatures singing. Should they be extra dimensional we might have difficulties but who wants to make the ultimate weapon to send to our enemies?" She had a large grin on that while focusing the force into her hands and slowly pushing it into the creature she wanted to alter its body, change its thoughts and bludgeon it into her beast.

It didn't take long for the Sith apprentice to make his appearance, drawn by the call of [member="Darth Praelior"] for those who wished to learn the teachings of Sith Alchemy, it was only natural that Sovereign would answer such an offer with open arms. Entering the laboratory of Darth Praelior the apprentice simply moved silently through the chamber as he listened to the Sith Lord speak of her plans for their assignment today. Of course his late arrival would be noticed by his superior, yet his plan to distinguish himself among his peers would make up for his late appearance, hopefully.

Sovereign listened intently as the Sith Lord spoke of altering the Ropo, an interesting concept one that had not been done due to the useless nature of the creatures in any sense of combat. Sovereign had only heard of the small creatures never having seen them personally, strange to think that any application for such a being would be useful to the One Sith. Sovereign turned his gaze back toward the hands of his teacher as she manipulated the force and forced it into the small creature. He could feel the command of the Dark Side subtly being used to alter the small creature, he would learn all he could as she moved to create a new sithspawn useful to the will of the Dark Lord.

Assadar stared intently at the small, fluffy creature, trying desperately to see how it could be an "ultimate weapon." After a few seconds, he gave up. He was clearly dealing with a crazy lady. Still, if she could turn that thing into an evil murder-machine, then she clearly had something to teach him about Sith alchemy, although he made a mental note that the practice clearly had some...mental side-effects.

Though he was new to order he jumped at chance to further is knowledge of alchemy he quickly made his way to the labs, he enter slowly his dark robes and hood catching the attention of few of the pureblood priest he made his as closes to the training pit as possible he didn’t want miss anything.

Balaya could sense the disbelief with them and she brought her hand to focus, her body twitching slightly as a finger tapped and the holographic display showed the hunter fighting one of the starweirds. The data read out showing what she was looking for that burst of sound, the scream that pierced and chilled the blood. Her hands and fingers going to the throat of the creature while she focused on its voice. She was looking to make it like a starweird queen able to summon and bring them from wherever they came. That they had been used to attack jedi councilors in war directed by the queen meant to her it was possible. They just needed to find the right.

Her hand came away as she looked to the creature and put a scanner on it, her eyes shining purple from the cybernetics but she could make it all out while altering its vocal patterns and pushing the force energies into it. She wanted more and more it to scream and cry out as her mental barriers went up and the things was screaming. In pain and horror from waking up as she flayed at the nerves to get as much pain into it without going into shock. Balaya listened to it while a pop came from above as she looked up and the screaming got louder. "More power, all of you focus on it. Try to make its cries in the force match the data scans."

Rencorth watch focusing on ever detail he could the dark engines coming into focus the sear amount of dark side power was exhilarating he began do as she asked focus on the creature try match it cries to data read out. It cries were like music to ears to pain and terror brought him great joy.

Melkor grinned and did as the master told him to, pouring his energy into the objective focusing on finding the right frequency.

He found it to be much like a horn trying to find the perfect pich. He found it calming somehow.

 

[Sovereign]

Standing before his teacher and the others, Sovereign watched in disbelief as [member="Darth Praelior"] twisted the mute creature into screaming with an intensity to send chills down his spine. At the command of his teacher he extended his hand outward over the creature and began pouring his own power into the creature, at first distorting the pitch with an inexperienced hand he quickly readjusted the pitch as the scream became louder and louder. The sounds were unbearable to the ears of the apprentice as he gritted his teeth and toned out the vicious attack on his hearing. The creature struggled about in utter horror as the Sith all focused their power into the creature, he could see the twisted smiles on their faces as they made the creature suffer.

In truth... he loved every moment of it's pain.

Sovereign began muttering in Sith Tongue as he attempted to manipulate the voice in conjunction with Darth Praelior and the others, "Nu xuontai j'us kia darytis tave maras iv tave jidai!"

Balaya continued to focus on it and push the energy while its screams and song got louder. She knew what she wanted and using these apprentices was helping it along the way while she looked up seeing the ripple and there there was an audible pop. The displaced space with a shriek while she grabbed the ropo and moved quickly looking at the apprentices. Her smile formed while she moved back and spoke. "Move to the sides of the room. She was tracking the beast while it hovered, this was what she wanted to do but she also knew the danger of having it around while they were focused. It could kill and tear them to shreds while they tried to harm it as she spoke. "Activate the energy shield and stay behind it, the creature is not something to trifle with."

Sovereign did as his tutor bidded, activating the energy shield he stepped out of harm's way motioning for the others to follow suit. Interested in what his teacher would do to the creature next, the Sith apprentice watched in anticipation slowly picking out the various mechanics of manipulating the being through the biological aspect of Sith Alchemy. Knowledge was power, and it was obvious his teacher wielded power that he craved, wanted, and yearned for. If he had access to Lord Havok's library back in his early acolyte days he would have been a reclusive scholar, dedicated to the teachings of the ancient Sith Lords and the various patriarchs of the Dicidius Legacy. Yet this knowledge was barred from all but Havok and who knew how much of the various tomes still existed in the library due to Lord Havok's various expeditures and lack of maintenance due to the absence of sentient life on Oricon.

He would have to make due with learning through the teachings of the Sith Lords that resided in the current incarnation of the Sith Order, the One Sith. It would be here, now in the chambers of Darth Praelior that he would begin learning the ancient ways of the Alchemist and Sith Sorcerer. His sulfuric eyes gazing at the ropo as it continued it's suffering at the hands of his fellow apprentices and Darth Praelior.
