Name: The Gentlemen's Club
Intent: To flesh out the Planet/Moon of Syvris to make for a more interesting Dominion thread and provide a location for future RPs
Classification: Private Club
Location: Syvris, within one of the moons smaller crater
Affiliation: Independent, currently run by an NPC of a little old lady named Zenobia Bochkareva
Description:
The building that houses the Gentlemen's Club is old school, and reeked of credits, with pillars and decorative gutters and various other unnecessary affectations for a building built on a moon where the weather was strictly controlled and it never rained. The entire thing looked to have been built out of marble, or a similar equivalent, there were massive windows treated so that noone could see in, though doubtless those inside could see out and they were built of sturdier stuff than glass, the two huge doors were made of real wood, imported at great cost and buffed to a rich shine.
The lack of visible security hinted at lots and lots of hidden, expensive security. Clearly credit were not an issue for the Gentlemen's Club.
Within the halls are carpeted in a rich red colour, the walls were wood panelling from the floor to about waist height, where the were wallpapered in fleur-de-lis pattern. The entry way boasts hidden lockers which can only be opened from the security station to hold any weapons or personal possessions of patrons and guests.
It houses several studies, lounges, a pool, library, bar, several guest rooms, kitchens, dining hall, and several rooms that can be set up for whatever the current event requires.
History:
As with most current locations on Syvris, this was founded after the Gulag Plague. Funnily enough, this is currently run by a woman. It used to be a true Gentlemen's club, for whatever male smugglers were currently affluent enough to play at being gentlemen.
The current President took offence to not being invited, and instigated a bloody coup. Now all that determines whether a being can join is how they dress, and how many credits are in their pocket. Many major business dealings are completed here while folks lounge about with expensive drinks in big plush chairs.

Spoiler for Security: Cameras everywhere. Everything is reinforced. If a bomb made it in, only the contents of the room in which it exploded would be significantly damaged. Top of the line scanners to ensure no-one sneaks anything in and that folks are what they appear to be. Three redundant security stations, so that attack of influence of one cannot drop all the security measures. Trained staff. Various droids. Automated air/water sniffers built into the walls etc. Capability of turning most rooms into self sustaining (relatively, assume a week if access to outside air is cut off, food/water also room/species dependent) panic rooms. To disable the panic room setting either all three security stations must simultaneously override it, or one station and a being within the room in question. In the President keys in a panic room setting, only she can override it.
