Vash stood on the bridge of a small X-70B Phantom starship, a stealth craft that was by any and all definition ancient. The ship itself was nearly four thousand years old, though all of its systems and crew compartments had been updated. This ship in particular was specially outfitted with a faster hyperdrive allowing it to travel through the core of the galaxy much faster than usually possible. The Togruta watched as the Pilot sat in his chair, knowing that they would soon be back home.

He smiled slightly beneath his mask, this one be such an interesting endeavor. It would be the returning of a fellow brother and the induction of a new member.

The Sith looked back for a few seconds, checking on his companions and making sure that neither was having second thoughts. This would be the first time either of them would meet the master. Karin would be the first outsider to see the Master in nearly two hundred years. Daritha would be the last of the brothers to return home. It would be a very interesting meeting for them all, and Vash would be there to watch it.

“Were approaching Prakith.”

The pilot spoke and Vash simply nodded to him. It would only be a few minutes now until they arrived. Prakith was an ancient world, a Sith World imbued with much power. It was here that they made their home, upon this fortress world that was oh so difficult to get to.

Soon.

Daritha was almost giddy with anticipation. At least, to an extent. He was actually pretty calm on the outside but he was eager to finally meet the Master. He had never fully heard the vision, and he wondered what it was like to actually know it. Prakith, he had wondered why he had never thought of going to it in search of the Master. Wyyrlok III had listed it as a place to possibly make an outpost. It was very core world and even Daritha had a hard time getting that deep.

As the ship landed his pulse increased. He could only remain so calm though. It was time to finally begin to finally be an actual part of what he had always pretended to be. It was in a strange moment like this that he realized that he was something of a pretender. A devoted one, but a pretender nonetheless. Today he would truly become One with what the Master dreamed.

New girl on the block Karin Dorn was silent for once, her soapbox having no place in this atmosphere.

The Sith could almost taste the anticipation in the air, the eagerness that these two held towards meeting this Master was astounding. At that current moment in time she sat there with almost an outsider's perspective, being one of the newest inductees she could not speak for the almost religious fervour that hung thickly around them.

Karin took a moment to be thankful that she no longer inhabited a plant body. Prakith did not seem like a friendly planet to those of a floral nature.

As they disembarked from the ancient vessel, the Sith shook off the familiar tendrils that had lately been creeping upon her mind. Perhaps it was only the fact that she was a Sith Master that had attributed to her holding out for so long. Madness would not have Karin Dorn just yet.

Vash walked quickly through the fortress entrance, his eyes fixed on the path ahead of him. He smiled slightly as he wandered forward, knowing exactly what was going to happen. The red skinned Togruta walked through the fortress Gates, his companions flanking him as they stepped almost in unison. All three of them were greeted by a dozen or so alien Sith, all of them were red skinned with black tattoo's.

There was dozens of different species within the courtyard, Quarren, Twi'lek, Deveronian, Chiss, and a few dozen other species. Their brotherhood was open to anyone and all, not just the humans of the galaxy. As the three Sith waled among their brothers and sisters they received quite a few head nods, Vash especially was seemingly welcomed with open arms, the recently raised Knight being all too familiar to the members of the order. Quickly they passed through the courtyard and into the fortress itself, the ancient ruins restored into grandeur once again.

It took them only a few minutes before they reached the throne room, where the dark lord sat upon his throne. Vash stopped them before the door, and turned to his companions.

“He will welcome you with open arms, but be weary of what you say, he likely already knows your intent.” Vash spoke with earnest in his voice. The Dark Lord knew more than he let on, and with these two...well it would be an interesting encounter.

The Togruta pressed the door's of the throne room open and the gates parted with practiced ease. Across a long hallway sat a single humanoid figure, his head and face covered by a long hood and his body wrapped in a tight robe. The figure looked up from his throne, slowly opening his eyes as he did so. A smile crossed his dark red and black face, yellow lines bisecting his eye sockets. Bright orange eyeballs stared at the three Sith, and as he opened his mouth a voice of absolute power and authority shook the throne room

“Welcome, Daritha, Karin.”

The Dark Lord stared at the group of three his eyes shining inhumanly, and his voice boomed one more time.

"Vash.”

The woman was almost taken aback by Daritha's devotion.

She could understand why, but it was most unexpected. The Dark Lord exuded power merely sitting there on this throne, never mind the commanding presence his mere voice seemed to hold. The kind that could reduce lesser Sith to nothing. The One Voice. Obey.

Karin went for the deep deliberate bow, keeping her back arched and her head down for a good few lingering moments. Pride did not belong here at this junction. This was a time for submission, for respect.

“My Lord.”

Vash did not move as the Dark Lord spoke, choosing to remain absolutely still instead. He did not respond to the Dark Lord when he spoke, and instead remained silent as if expecting the man to speak more. From his throne the Dark Lord expected the three Sith before him, two masters returning to his order and one apprentice returning from a mission of reunification. It was an interesting little group of people, even among the uniqueness of the One Sith.

The Dark Lord remained silent for a few moments, simply observing his underlings. Then finally after a few minutes passing the man stood from his throne.

He began to step down from his Dais, with each step the ground seemed to shake slightly, as if his weight was breaking the very world they stood upon. The dark aura that lay upon the Lord seemed to grow thicker and thicker, the air becoming thin and difficult to breath. The very space around the Dark Lord seemed to crackle with energy, as if biting at the atmosphere.

“Rise.”

The Dark Lord's voice broke the quiet of the air, and in one fluid motion Vash rose from his knee, coming face to face with the Dark Lord himself.

At this distance it was easy to tell the Dark lord was not human. His black and red skin stood out entirely from normal flesh, and his glowing bug like eyes indicated that he was none other than a Voss, the species of force Mystics. With a slight upward smile the Dark Lord looked at all three of his underlings, staying on Karin for only a brief few seconds more than the other two.

“You have done well Vash. Tell me, has Essith trained well?”

For the first time the young Togruta noticed that his Master was standing near the throne of his Dark Lord, and his presence could only mean one thing. Vash stared for a few seconds, and then answered his Lord. “Yes.”

The Dark Lord simply nodded in response, and then spoke again.

“Now kill him.”

Without even a second of hesitation Vash rushed passed his Dark Lord withdrawing his lightsaber from his hip and pulling out a small needle like blade from his wrist. His red lightsaber sprung to life, clashing with his former master's saber-staff. In an instant the two were fighting, back and forth their lightsabers batted against one another. A minute passed, then two. Finally Vash gained the upper hand and caught his masters blade towards the ground, then suddenly like a viper Vash struck out his other hand, slashing the mans throat and killing him instantly.

“Good.”

The voice of power once again broke the silence of the aftermath of battle, complimenting Vash on his performance. Quickly however the dark lord turned his attentions towards one of the other Sith.

“Daritha. You are a son long lost to our Order. You come back to us now, a much needed tool in our arsenal.”

The Voss's eyes lingered on Daritha, and then turned to Karin.

“Karin Dorn. You are not of us. You were not trained or anointed in our ways...and yet, we sense your similarities. You will become a part of us, our Order. We welcome you, with all your faults.”

The Dark Lord Stared into Karin's eyes, as if he knew anything and everything about her

Let it be stated now that Karin Dorn was not easily impressed.

In fact, on the other hand of things the woman was more likely to scoff at any and all grand displays of power. You could crash a moon into a planet and she would have merely stood there and scoffed at your atrocity. Excessive. A waste of energy, a waste of time. Oh, you're the Emperor? That's nice but close the door on the way out, you've brought in a draught with you.

The Dark Lord was a completely different story.

His presence was suffocating, and although he made no truly imposing gestures he was the embodiment of power. His stare seemed to last for an eternity and in that moment she felt unsure that the contents of her own mind were safe. Such was the power of a look.

Karin watched on as Vash dealt with his own affairs. It wasn't her place and even within her mind the woman didn't cast so much as a single comment. Sometimes she forgot how brutal the life of the Sith really was.

Then when it was done the attentions where changed, back to those returning and those new.

With all your faults.

He knew. He knew of the sickness that plagued her, that was eating away at her very mind. Karin bowed her head slightly in response. “Thank you, My Lord.” Keep it simple, keep it sweet.

Much like Karin Dorn, Daritha was highly impressed by the Dark Lord from the lineage of the truest Sith that began with the visionary Darth Krayt. It was power like Daritha had never sensed before. He had heard stories but never would he have guessed that the dark lord would be anything like this man was. It was so evident that he possessed what was needed to guide the One Sith and the galaxy to greatness should his vision be true. Daritha had not spend much time around the false Sith Empire but what little time he did told him that they were not even close to being on the level of the Dark Lord. "I live in service of you, Lord."

The Dark Lord looked at his three subjects for a few moment, and with a simple wave of his palm he summoned Vash to join the other two Sith. For a moment his eyes lingered on @[member="Darth Apparatus"], but only for a moment. The Voss Sith Lord looked away however and returned his sight to the other subjects. He watched them for a few moments in complete and utter silence, he did not need to speak, his presence spoke for itself.

The room became even more dark and ominous, and finally Vash joined his fellow One Sith.

“You are Three Sith. One who grew up within the Order, and two who were not within it. None of you are Darth's.” The Voss spoke as if this were plain fact, as if his words were the greatest law of the land. He did not care if he insulted the three Sith, even combined they were nothing to him. The Dark Lord did not see them as true Darth's, even if they already had their titles bestowed about them. “Not until today.”

The Voss' hand raised for a few seconds, and then he pushed downward. All three Sith involuntarily fell to their knee's. Within seconds a lightsaber was within The Dark Lords hands, ignited and glowing a deep dark red.

“You will be the first. The first of a new age.” The Voss flipped the lightsaber in his palm and placed it on Dartiha's shoulder, slicing into the mans soulder blade ever so slightly, just enough to leave a deep scar. He did the same to the Nagai's other shoulder. “From this day forth you shall be known as Darth Hoshek.”

His words were law, and it was as if Daritha was re-branded. Then the Voss stepped to Karin Dorn, and the Dark Lords eyes nestled on her face, he looked at her for a few moments, his glowing orange eyes boring into her skull. He repeated the ritual with the lightsaber, leaving the scar's on Karin as well. “Rise...Asmodea.”

“And Lastly.” The Voss stepped to the newly raised night, repeating the ritual of the lightsaber one last time. “You shall be known as Nazari.”

Then The Dark Lord took a step back, feeling momentarily pleased.

As a final act the Voss raised his palm, and out came a massive surge of lightning. A storm surrounded the new Darth's, raging all around them and christening them as True One Sith.

Okay, so they were evidently pretty serious about initiation, The One Sith: not just for frat boys.

Forced down upon their knees Karin remained in awe. For a moment she forgot herself, forgot that she was a Sith Master in her own right. No, in front of the Dark Lord the woman felt like a mere child. She could imagine that there were no other mortals in the galaxy that could have felt powerful standing next to him. Of course, there would always be some who would bluster, trying to bolster pride but they were unworthy.

They would fall.

Now, it was time for a hardcore ceremony, maybe they would get tea and crumpets afterwards. Not bloody likely.

It was funny, when the Voss stared into her eyes she felt the mist over her mind retreat, as if her own personal darkness was afraid of the Dark Lord. Her own yellow eyes stared back as she felt an increasing wave of her former clarity, the woman's mind opened, no secrets. Only truth.

She exhaled through her nose as the lightsaber bit into the flesh of her shoulders, pain did not bother her, Karin Dorn believed that pain was one of the rawest fuels towards power and that true sorcerers should never balk in the face of suffering.

Reborn. Those were her marks, this was her name, the woman rose to her feet, head once again bowed.

“I am yours.”

The searing of the flesh filled his nostrils with a delightful smell. Yes, it was entirely unnatural to like but there was something provocative about it. Enticing. He almost raised himself up some against the pressure of the Sith Lord to let the lightsaber burn a little deeper. He wanted the markings of it to stand out against his back. To mark him more. The pain that came from it just pressed upon him the cleansing power of the branding. His former self being pushed away as he was made anew by the Dark Lord. His new name would be who he was. That was his true self. Not the Daritha charade which had been more a pirate than an actual One Sith. He would still use the old persona for the One Sith but it would not be who he was. He was One with the Vision now.

"Command me."

Vashs tood in awe of the Dark Lord. His mouth agape behind his mask and his eyes glazed over with a mix of fear and complete amazement. The power ran through him, he could feel his masters strength, all of it rushing through him. Out of the corner of this eye he could see the other two feel it as well. He could feel their strength being mixed with the Dark Lord's.

The Togruta stood, his mouth slowly closing as one by one the Dark Lord named him. Each of them was to be reborn, each of them was to be given a new name. Each of them was rebranded as a true member of the One Sith. As soon as his new name was uttered Nazari felt as though he had become one with the Sith, he felt as though he were part of something larger, part of something better. The Togruta closed his eyes and felt the force. He allowed it to fill him, absolute dread and horror falling into him as he took in the Dark Lord.

“Arise.” The Dark Lord's voice broke the silence of the room, the lightning ceasing.

The Voss raised his hand and pointed at the man standing in the corner of the room. His gnarled red hand waving the man over to the other three Sith, clearly wanting him to join the others. “Apprentice, join your new comrades.”

He regarded the man with a slow stare, then returned his gaze to the other three.

Darth Apparatus gave a nod to the Dark Lord. Without a word, he took his place with the other three Sith. The closer he got, the more they could hear the subtle wheezing beneath his breaths. Darth Apparatus stood at a slightly shorter height than Nazari and Hoshek.

The Dark Lord stared at the four Sith Lords. Each powerful in their own right, each with the strength to kill dozens of people in their own way. The Voss stared at them for what seemed like an age, his glowing orange eyes giving off an unsettling spark every now and again. After a few more minutes the Voss finally broke into a smile, lips splitting into a very unpleasant and evil grin. He turned about and walked up the dais of his throne once more.

Slowly the Dark Lord lowered himself onto the throne, staring at the four Sith as he did so. Finally he spoke, his voice enough to shatter worlds.

“You shall be my vanguard.” The Dark Lord declared his intention. “You shall be the first of the One Sith to be seen in the galaxy for nearly eight centuries”

The Dark Lord paused for a few seconds, then continued speaking.

“The Sith of this galaxy are nothing. They are dirt, rabble, less than nothing. Their Empire crumbles, their society falls. They are not worthy to hold the title of Sith. Asmodea, Nazari, See to it that they find an end.” The Dark Lord stared at the woman for a brief few seconds, sensing the madness within her.

He then slowly regarded Hoshek. “The Confederacy. A Society of weak willed cowards, pacifists, and scum. Hoshek, continue your work there. Reach to the top of their leadership, and then destroy them from within.”

Finally the Dark Lord regarded his Apprentice.

“Apprentice. Bring Chaos.” It was a simple command, yet it seemed to ring through the room like a bell. “Each of you have roamed the galaxy. Each of you have forged your own path, now however you shall forge mine. Bring Chaos to the galaxy. Bring war. Bring Death. By whatever means you see fit.”
