The Galaxy is Large (The Darth Haze Adventure Pt.1)

Kay-Larr

Sphaera Tea Company Owner
Kay raised a brow as [member="DarthHaze"] seemed to grow angry and walk off. What was it with that boy? He seemed to be offended quite easily. But then again he was alone for a while.

He wasn't her responsibility though. And even as she wasn't a Jedi, she certainly wasn't a Sith like the boy sought. For now she just waited until he would pass her by, probably unnoticed. She wasn't dressed in furs like before. Naboo was too warm for that.

Kay looked towards the man he spoke to, [member="Darth Erebos"] and wondered what he would do.

He had smiled a little to himself as [member="DarthHaze"] stood and spoke to him like that. "I haven't lied to you. I know of the jedi and yes it seems they do, do that. Helping others, pretending to be selfless all to elevate themselves above others in their arrogance. I suggest you not act so hasty and keep yourself calm. The way you act right now is like you've escape from an insane asylum." He said as he used a little telekinesis to make Haze's legs heavier, all without moving himself so no one knew or could know it was him.

As always [member="Lady Kay"] did intrigued him, he wondered what she was doing here on Naboo.

[member="Darth Erebos"] seemed to do nothing but sit there. At least he didn't seem to be offended by whatever [member="DarthHaze"] might of said. Kay was unsure as she couldn't hear anything from the distance where she sat.

Rather than just sitting there, she got to her feet and made her way closer, finding herself a seat on a patch of grass. She then took her kettle, tea pouch, cups and water bladder, as well as a small portable hot plate-type device to heat her water. A man she knew used to heat up her tea with the Force, but she didn't want to try it. Not when she was still hiding her signature.

Kay took in a deep breath of fresh air as she prepared her tea in an almost ritual type fashion. There was comfort in it's routine, and it was about the only thing about her life that had never changed. Tea was her constant companion. Soon the water was heated. She poured it over the tea leaves in her cup, the breeze carrying the aroma out past her. Having tea in the park was never suspicious and it allowed her a better opportunity at listening in on those nearby.

I look at the man and apologise "excuse my fowl mouth, i ws trapped unable to be eith my family for a long time, slavery and what not on hoth." as i speak i notice a scent of tea waft past my face. "Someone's here" i whisper trying to not let her know, i then think for a moment and remeber that woman on hoth smelt alot like tea. I look at the man struggling to walj over to him "i think its time to go while the woman is destracted, and please let my feet go" i said softly hopeing he would follow me. I look around for a second as i try to spot the woman, a moment goes by and i think i see something near a bush.

Without a single movement Erebos let [member="DarthHaze"] go from his grip. 'How could he know it was me that held him? I made no gestures or even hints towards being the one doing it.' He thought to himself before he moved his hand up to his chin as he smiled a little. "If you think so then I suggest we stand up together and walk casually away." Erebos then said before he moved his hand to meet his in a gesture of a hand shake. "I haven't introduced myself. The name is T'zanith Zebron."

Kay could barely make out the words that [member="DarthHaze"] spoke. Actually, she couldn't quite hear them at all. But she did hear what [member="Darth Erebos"] had to say. The name he gave wasn't familiar, however his voice was. Or maybe it was just the speech pattern? Kay sipped her tea and continued to listen. She had to wait for her kettle and such to cool down before she could leave, but from what Erebos had said, it sounded like they were going to be on the move. Should she approach? Perhaps, when she was ready. At least the boy wasn't being hostile to anyone as of yet.

"Pleasure's all mine, around these parts people call me Haze" i say giving T'zanith a proper handshake. I then look around once more making sure that no one is approaching us. I then exclaim "time to go" i gesture to T'zanith showing him its time to go, as we are walking i whisper "for the record i didnt know you were holding me back from walking though, i was a tad bit rude so i kinda saw it coming...what was it you did now...the force"

[member="Darth Erebos"] [member="Lady Kay"]

Erebos nodded to [member="DarthHaze"] as he stood. "A variation of a force ability yes. When you are trying to loose someone following you, I suggest not looking so much around, since you can use the force, learn to expand your senses to the area around you. That way you can know who is following you and how to lose them." Erebos said to [member="DarthHaze"] as he stood and gestured for Haze to follow him as he turned his head so it looked like he was looking back towards [member="Lady Kay"], straight at her and gave her a knowing smile.

"I can do what?!?!" i say shocked noticing he said i can do force abilities. We walk down a trail till we arrive upon an abandoned shack. I walk inside and find a table "looks abandoned" i say as i walk towards a table to sit at. I look up at T'zanith waiting for him to speak.

Kay tilted her head to the side as [member="Darth Erebos"] looked at her as though he knew her. But given that she used to work in the Republic political scene, there were many that knew her face. But the tea could be a giveaway as well. Did he know that she was watching them? Quite possibly. But she didn't want to reveal her abilities in order to find out, especially when one could find out the information easily merely by speaking.

She collected her things after they walked past, and keeping them well within her sights, she followed, sipping her tea along the way.

[member="DarthHaze"]

As they entered the abandoned shack Erebos used a slight wave of his hand to bring a chair up from the ground to sit at the table opposite @DarthHaze. "You can use the force and judging by how you look in the force to a grater extend than me. As it is simply moving things around with the force is what I'm limited to, apart from my eyes being the force itself that is." He said, even though it was an obvious lie to himself, the moving of objects without even moving was child's play to him but not to T'zanith Zebron his alter ego which he convincingly played as the lightly force sensitive company owner.

He noticed that [member="Lady Kay"] followed after them and his mind began to lightly try to come into contact with hers, not so she'd notice it but to simply try and see what her surface thoughts or intentions were.

Kay followed and once the two of them entered the shack, she frowned slightly. Well no matter. She would just have to wait. For the moment it didn't seem as though [member="DarthHaze"] was going to do any harm to [member="Darth Erebos"] , and that was a good thing. If the boy was going to attack, from the distance where she stood behind a tree, she'd be able to hear the struggle and shouting.

So Kay leaned against the trunk of the tree, sipping her tea and keeping her Force signature small. She was unaware of Erebos scratching the surface of her thoughts lightly. Her concern was for both the misguided, bad tempered boy and more importantly for the man in there with him. Only once she was sure that everything was going to be okay, would she leave.

i look at the man and whisper "can you cloak us?" i say trying not to let anyone hear us a moment goes by and i decide to look around the place, theres only the table and chairs, and finally a hatch. I walk back over to T'zanith. "Theres a hatch on the other side of the shack" i exclaim trying to be quiet again. I think for a second before saying "i think we should try going down there to see if we cant eacape our...little friend" i said once more with quiet.

[member="Darth Erebos"] [member="Lady Kay"]

T'zanith simply smiled back to @DarthHaze. "I cannot cloak us however we have nothing to fear from our little friend as you so put it. I know of her and she is no threat to us, rather I believe she is worried about you." He said as he leaned back into his seat, hie pulled out a datapad and placed it on the table in the shack. "Here I'm sure you'll find this interesting to read." He said as on the datapad was a recruitment advertisement for the one sith's academies of the sith.

As far as she could tell, it was still all quiet in the cabin. That was probably a good thing. Kay sipped her tea and decided to wait a bit longer before checking. Just like in the company of toddlers, silence isn't always a good thing. Perhaps she'll figure out a quick little fib to knock on the door with, just to be sure. It was far better than peeking through windows. Soon. It wasn't like her to lie, but a life could be at stake. Just a little bit longer.

[member="DarthHaze"] [member="Darth Erebos"]

i looked at the data pad wondering what it could be. i leaned over and took a closer look. i read it and noticed it was an ad for a group called the one sith. i think to myself for a second before replying "looks like im lucky you showed up...i was looking for some training" i then lean back in my chair thinking some more. a moment goes by not hearing anything other than my thoughts. the time passes and i then utter "if i join...who will train me? and will i work by my desire?" i said looking at the man questionably

[member="Lady Kay"] [member="Darth Erebos"]

"The sith have academies however you must prove yourself every step of the way. Finding a personal teacher might be hard for you but there are mass classes in training with the force so there you should be able to learn more." He said towards [member="Darth Haze"] as he raised his leg over the other. "However I suggest you go to coruscant first, hand this datapad to a guard at the sith temple and they should sort you out. However do not mention my name as I'm not well known in sith space as I'm simply a business man." He said with a slight smirk.

The time was now. Kay finished her tea and slipped her cup into satchel and then proceeded to the cabin door. She knocked lightly, quiet enough to not startle them, yet loud enough to be heard.

[member="Darth Haze"] [member="Darth Erebos"]

"I thought being the persom you are you'd be the person to train me...shame" i say as i hear a knock on the door. I try to stay quiet to see if she will disappear. A moment goes by hearing a second set of knocks. I start to get worried not sure of what will happen.

[member="Darth Erebos"] [member="Lady Kay"]

With a calm smile T'zanith stood and walked to the door. "Ah it seems you weren't content with staying outside isn't it." He said with a kind greeting as he gestured towards [member="Darth Haze"] to calm himself given that he felt no hostile intent from [member="Lady Kay"].
