Description: Built in the wilds of Onderon, outside of the Capital, the Galactic Republic University is built entirely of white stones and stands several hundred feet high, taller even than even the hills that flank it on either side. The building is divided into 7 towers, each devoted to a certain service offered by the University, the towers are similarly divided up into many floors, each serving a certain subject or area of study:
- The Great Tower: This building is the dominant tower and is comprised of approximately 50 floors, each dedicated to primarily administrative functions which include:
Office of the University President - The Grand Republic Library - One of the most well stocked libraries in the Galaxy.
- The Hall of Convocation - A large auditorium capable of holding several thousand people.
- The Hall of Memory - A museum dedicated to Republic history.
- The Dining Hall - The primary eating facility of the campus
- Staff Offices - Central offices for professors and staff.
[*]The Tower of Celestials: One of the second largest towers, the Celestial Tower houses subjects that are devoted primarily to scientific pursuits. It has approximately 50 difference disciplines, but divides itself up into several larger colleges some examples of the floors here:

At the ground level are a collection of must smaller campus buildings that supplement housing and other accommodations. Meanwhile, the entire facility is ringed by a great wall which provides ample security from the wild lands of Onderon.
History: Originally based on the planet of Coruscant, the University and most of its resources were successfully evacuated when the planet was sacked by the One Sith. Upon the re-location of the Republic Capital to the planet Onderon, approximately seven years ago, the college faculty sought funding to construct a new building. Secured through various channels of government support, interplanetary donations, private benefactors, and loans from several large companies, construction on the new university started almost the same time as all other capital buildings started being constructed on Onderon.
Now, after seven grueling years, the towers of the University are all finally complete and the Board of Governors and the University President are opening all areas of the University for access by willing peoples of the Galaxy.
