Description: Being born, raised, and living on Corellia, Jan has always had a healthy respect for great pilots, and great vehicles. Considering himself one of the former, he decided that he needed one of the latter. He spent a few months studying the engines of an antique V-Wing airspeeder, deciding he liked

the idea of having an already fast vehicle that could go almost double its normal speed with the use of a scramjet.

Besides the high-powered engines, including the scramjets, he installed a network of panoramic cameras, linked to the holoprojector on the dashboard. These cameras allow Jan to see all the way around the vehicle, as well as above and below, making sneak attacks almost impossible, as well as allowing for safer driving in crowded airspace. In addition to this, starfighter-grade manuvering jets allow for quick turns, and very fast sideways movement.

On Jan's first test drive, an excursion to the underlevels, he was nearly shot down by scavengers in battle-ready custom speeders. Taking this experience into account, he added several concealed weapons in compartments on the speeder. Two miniguns emerge from right under the front bumper, and two mobile blaster cannons emerge from between the two main engines on turret-like emplacements, allowing them to swing to target anything that might pose a threat. Finally, Jan had thick armor plating installed on the speeder.

There are several problems with this speeder, however. The most obvious one is that it needs to be transported into an atmosphere by a larger vehicle. Most of the other issues are only apparent in combat. Firstly, the weapons on Jan's speeder cannot target above the speeder because of their placement on the vehicle. Secondly, the blaster cannons are not fully automated, requiring Jan to split his attention between the aiming of three different weapons (the miniguns are firelinked, and both face forward). Finally, the blaster cannons deactivate at high speeds, retracting so as not to be knocked off by air pressure.
