The Fortan Doctrine: Of 'Premier Worlds'
Fellow roleplayers! The First Order has recently adopted a new take on how it administers its worlds. Named after the Grand Moff, the Fortan Doctrine has fundamentally changed how a handful of First Order worlds operate. Perhaps the largest change is that travel is no longer strictly restricted on all worlds - a select few opened to much of the greater galaxy. In a bid to increase their economic status as well as encourage inter-faction collaboration towards a more safe and secure galaxy, the First Order no longer holds an arrest on sight policy for known citizens of questionable foreign governments. That isn't to say subterfuge and subversion is legal however there is a much less pro-active approach to law enforcement on these worlds. Instead, it is largely reactive. Simply put, so long as you're not endangering yourself or others and not attempting to incite unrest you will be left to your own devices. Free to travel upon the world as you please. While travel documents will be required, there will no longer be active checks on these worlds, instead only the usual incurred at entry and exit points to government facilities and government run spaceports. The push towards opening the worlds is two fold, to encourage destination travel as well as to highlight the benefits of living under First Order rule. Safety and security are highlighted by both an increased local policing presence as well as a significant defense fleet allocated to each world - but beneath the shroud of the First Order, these worlds are by far the ones that experience the most freedom both of movement and of the individual. It should go without saying, declared enemies of the First Order are yet restricted from these worlds whether it be due to a no-fly list or Official Declaration.
Now to the important part - The First Order is looking for people who want to show the galaxy just how great Imperial society can be under the First Order. Not only this, but develop and create locations and rich roleplay opportunities on these worlds. We're looking for prospective governors, prefects, and other characters that might be interested in developing these worlds through roleplay! Though we'd love for you to be a part of the First Order, you don't need to be to roleplay on our worlds!
