The first steps had been taken, and those were to lead to the running pace that was desired to be set for the Outer Rim Imperium. The Lords of the Fringe had faltered and fallen, wiped away by the galaxy. The Omega Protectorate was weakening, falling back from world upon world they had once held. Now the Outer Rim Territories remained without those that would protect those worlds, rather than steal and defile them.
That was the vision of the Outer Rim Imperium, a standing bastion against those that would seek to plunder the Outer Rim Territories. A guiding beacon of light in the darkness, even if those that held such a light fought among themselves. Yet it was such fighting that would make them strong. History says that the Sith Empires fell from their infighting, yet the belief stood strong that they had not fallen from such infighting, it was that those whom remained fighting were not strong enough to hold themselves and an Empire together, that those from without orchestrated such downfall.
The Outer Rim Imperium would prove that the strong could prevail, that they could hold themselves together while fighting within to ensure that only the strongest among them could lead. In that moment though the old veteran that had clawed his way out of the Netherworld of the force knew that he had to prove his own strength, and what better way than bringing that which all beings needed.
Food.
Steely eyes fell upon the woman, yet no movement was made to bring him closer. His hands resting upon the marble arm rests of the large throne that sat higher than those around it in the circle. He nodded softly, as he kept his eyes upon her, the two of them for the moment were alone in the talks that would prove to be the foundation for a more powerful force.
