When it came to The Jedi Order, it was a vast and diverse network of groups, enclaves, and traditions. There were many Jedi Locations where like-minded individuals gathered in pursuit of peace, knowledge, and balance. One such place was the legendary Jedi Temple on Tython, a sacred site steeped in ancient energy and surrounded by the living heartbeat of the Force.

Aether knew precisely what to do with a small, Force-sensitive being finding their place in the galaxy. Most younglings belonged in the Temple creche, a safe, nurturing environment where they could grow, explore, and begin to learn the ways of the Force under the watchful care of the Jedi. There, surrounded by others like them, their journey could begin with balance, protection, and a newfound purpose.

Aether had brought 0-7 0-7 to the Jedi Temple on Tython following her recent surgeryboth to recover and to begin acclimating to life as a Force-sensitive among others like her. Surrounded by the steady rhythm of Jedi life, Aether hoped she would come to understand that she was no longer alone in what she could feel.

At first glance, Aether appeared more droid than anything else, gleaming, pristine, and composed. His silhouette mirrored that of a Jedi security unit but much larger. He wore the gold-trimmed regalia of a Temple Guard. Though seemingly unarmed, his posture carried the poise of one who was meant to protect sacred ground.

He stood at the edge of the main courtyard during the early morning hours, watching as a few small classes took place.

Before him was clusters of younglings sat in the grass, their small hands extended toward stones and ribbons that hovered midair. Creche masters were guiding them through the gentle disciplines of meditation and telekinesis, offering murmured instruction and occasional encouragement. Laughter and concentration mingled on the breeze amidsts the two groups.

"Aether..."

0-7 was not really sure how to feel. First of all, she should really just be considering herself to be 'Seven,' for now. Less clunky of a designation until she thought of a real name for herself. The more pressing matter on her mind was being surrounded by children. She wasn't a youngling. Far from it, in fact, and she wasn't untrained in the Force. She had only been restricted, weakened by Lord Kalrath to keep her in check. To that end she didn't see the purpose of being here.

And she was certainly awkward about the whole thing.

"Why... was it important for me to be here?" she asked. "Surely there's others who would be better suited to accompany you..."

She was out of her comfort zone, plain and simple.

Thaloryn came to a slow stop as he lifted his head to look on the large Jedi Temple that stood before him. He had not seen a building before, though he had heard of one that was similar but surely much smaller on the planet Dantoonie. The sephi's expression of awe gave way to mild awkwardness as he approached the steps. He was no Jedi and did not know if there was any sort of protocol he was expected to make before simply showing up.

Once he had reached the top of the steps he looked between two Jedi sentries who guarded the path. To their question of his name and business he offered a respectful nod of his head "I'm Thaloryn, I'm here to talk with the New Jedi Order. About... well, just about everything?" that wasn't the most smooth introduction that he'd ever given. Perhaps he should have practiced this on his way up the steps.

After checking him for concealed weapons the guards allowed him to pass by into the Temple. It went without saying that he would need to stay out of more privileged access areas. Even so Thaloryn didn't quite know what was and wasn't off-limits to him. Soon he found himself wandering towards a grassy place that he could see through some tall windows. It seemed some sort of courtyard or common area where multiple individuals had gathered for mediation or practice. It seemed as good a place as any to lurk about.

"You are not here to accompany me. You are here to heal."

His gaze remained forward, scanning the courtyard and watching as a new individual arrived and started to skulk about curiously watching the young-lings in class, as he continued in a level tone.

"The creche is no longer a classification of age as it once had been. It is a designation of threshold. One does not belong based on how long they have lived, but on whether they have begun the journey of choosing their own path in the Force without coercion, impairment, or external override. You were denied that."

A pause, as a child laughed in the distance garnering Aether's attention as he turned his blue photo receptors to the small organic life form.

"Now, you are not. That makes this place appropriate."

He turned slightly then, glossy white and gold helm catching the morning light.

"Proximity to innocence is not a punishment. It is a re-calibration point. You may observe, participate, or disengage. But you will not be alone..."

He considered what else to say to her as encouragement.
The Jedi path is a journey of the will. If one has the will to learn, there will be someone to teach." He explained gently, voice low and even.

"I advise you to watch and observe the younglings. They possess a remarkable gift... one that becomes harder for most beings to hold onto with age. They absorb information from all sources with curiosity, and with a kind of simple openness. They are not yet burdened by bias, fear, anxiety, or assumption."

Seven let out a sigh, her shoulders slumping a little as she sat down. This really didn't feel like it was helping at all. What she really wanted was some time alone in a warm bed...

Besides, she would be a burden to those without bias and fear. She was brought up with those things, inherently a blight on those around her who had lived a normal life. She didn't want her fears to fall on the shoulders of others. Not with how heavy they were. Perhaps that combined with the whirlwind of emotions she had already been experiencing made it hard for her to focus on anything. Her mind was scattered, lost in the haze of her thoughts and not present in the moment.

She needed time, clearly.
