Pre-determined by D20, here's what we've got so far.

Standard die: D20
Modifiers:
Home Advantage: +3
Defending Champ: +1
Winning Streak: +1/+2 (win 2-3 in a row + 1 ; win 4 or more +2)
Neutralizing: -1 (lose after a win streak, one game penalty)
Losing Streak: -1/-2 (lose 2-3 games in a row -1 ; lose 4 or more -2)
Scoring System: Each team rolls their die three times, divides their total by 10 and rounds up decimals. That is the score.
Example: 23 + 23 +23 = 69 ; 69/10 = 6.9 rounded up to 7
Example2: 20 + 20 + 20 = 60 ; 60/10 = 6

The idea in mind is that the commentators call the game in roleplay, with the writers knowing the results ahead of time.
The posts would be in short bursts from commentator's perspective and describing notable moments of action and people could likely place bets during this time of roleplay.
Ideally there would be most of it fleshed out before starting, however.
