The First Rave Hunt (open puzzle challenge)

A transmission went out to the galaxy at large, bouncing around the HoloNet.

"My name is Mara Merrill, and I need your help.

"Years ago, my aunt, Rave Merrill, was a Sith alchemist, someone who made monsters and weapons. Before she died, she started to repent, and began creating ways to reverse what she'd done. She left puzzles behind to guard her secrets. I've tried to answer this puzzle and I can't. I believe the final prize is something that can control or heal Sithspawn. I'm willing to pay a great deal for it - I can make you a millionaire. Here's the riddle. It's a course, planet to planet; that's all I know for sure.

"Begin where it all began, at the glittering place of three nothings.

"Jump to where the Captain changed his mind for the worse, though not for long.

"Turn right and voyage to where the Baron's maneuver made his name.

"Turn left and trailblaze your way to a lonesome refuge beneath an orange sky.

"Turn around and pay your respects at the tombstones of the sudden silence."

OOC/ All you need for this puzzle is the Chaos map and a good memory of the Star Wars films. One or two details come from outside the films, but they're fairly common knowledge/easy to find, and all directly relate to things from the films.

To submit a guess, post your ship's course: the five planets you visit, in order. Jazz it up IC however you like, or not at all.

Props to [member="Mishka Larraq"] for the idea.

Bored out of his mind in study hall, Makai found himself flipping through the HoloNet. There was a long bank of screens, other male sentients of similar ages surrounding him, forced into silence by the Academy's library matron. A click or three later on hyperlane travel and he was greeted by one Miss [member="Mara D'Lessio Merrill"] .The message was something about a puzzle but he couldn't take his eyes off the girl. She was, in a word, beautiful.

Merrill....Didn't his parents know the Merrills? Big shipwrights who went underground? Was this the same Merrill? Had to be, considering she mentioned making the winner of the puzzle contest a millionaire.

"Whoa, Makai. Who's the babe? Hey!" Hushed whisper to the near-human boy sitting to the right of Makai from the other. "Hey, Jax. Pst, Jax."

Attention caught, two boys stared in on Makai's terminal, taking in the video.

"I thought you were calling me for something stupid Kyp, pleasantly surprised." Jax motioned to the screen. "You know her Dashiell?"

"Does he know her? Of course he does! Our boy Makai here knows every hot chick in the galaxy. Remember that hot redhead? The blind one who visited him at school?"

"Trust me, I remember." Jax grinned then nudged Makai. "Shame he gets friend zoned by every girl he meets."

"Whoa, slow down. First, I think our parents know each other....I don't know this Mara girl. I think its the same one the Mara Hyperlane is named after though..." Makai was just guessing from off hand stories from his parents. "Secondly, not every girl friend zones me. I made out with [member="Myra Elspeth"] when I took her out sailing. More than you two have accomplished."

'Made out' might had been an exaggeration, it was more like 'kissed multiple times' but still, no one was going to know the difference. Fun and games would have continued, but it appeared the library matron had worked her way through her rounds, ending up behind our plucky trio.

A cough. Makai slowly turned around, a look of mild horror on his face at being caught, the video replaying on his HoloNet terminal. Yep, girls always seemed to get him in trouble.

Detention.

Makai suspected he would end up getting in trouble, interrupting study hall and well.....not studying. Fingers clacked on the keys of his datapad in the silent room, students spread far apart so they wouldn't distract one another. Bored, he was doing a bit of research on the video that had played earlier. The girl in question said it was a puzzle. He wasn't one for puzzles or riddles, Makai found both equally annoying. However, 'free time' in detention allowed for the exploration of answers.

He was shaky on the identity of the third planet, even after consulting a star chart and various maps at his disposal. Either way, he was typing out a message with his answers.

Miss [member="Mara D'Lessio Merrill"] ,

I've seen your message on the riddle your Aunt had left you. I cannot be certain about the validity of the third planet, this may be something you might want to investigate further. My answer is contained below, hopefully this is of assistance to you.

In order you should travel to : Coruscant, Yavin IV, Rishi/Rishi Maze, Tatooine, and Alderaan.

Best of Luck,

Makai Dashiell
